I was very well satisfied and will be making my second appointment today and bringing my other dog who is also a Pomeranian there next week! I really like the fact that she lets you stay while she's grooming and not only that you can actually see your dog the whole time. I never liked when places took them in the back out of view. To me this proves she has nothing to hide.
