Bonnie accidentally chopped off the tip of my cats tail during the grooming. Don't take your pet there. She was rushing through the grooming and was not gentile with my cat, who had mats in her fur. She was meowing and crying while Bonnie was aggressively combing her tail (which I asked her to shave down because of the mats so she basically ignored my request that I didn't want a lion cut and did that anyway) She cut off about an inch of her tail with scissors while she was rushing. She muttered "anything to ruin my day" which really was insensitive (what about my day? My cat's day?) I was there while it happened and heard my cat yelp. In a panic I asked if I should take her right to the vet (because it was bleeding everywhere) and she said "no she will be fine, don't go to the vet". After googling I realized that cat's tails are bone all the way to the tip so I knew she cut through bone and we did have to go to the vet. She just didn't want to pay for it, so tried to talk me out of it. She didn't have my cat's best interest at heart, she only cared about the vet bill she was going to have to pay. So after her tail was bleeding I watched her grab what she called "surgical glue" and started gluing my cats tail to stop the bleeding. Once the bleeding stopped I ran out of there and went to the vet. I send her the bill and she did pay it. When we go back for the follow up apt the vet said it wasn't healing properly, there was bone sticking out, and the cat would have to have her tail partially amputated so the skin could be stretched over the bone and stitched up. I ask the vet if this is absolutely necessary because my cat is older and I don't want to put her under if we can avoid it. Also I knew Bonnie was going to give me a hard time about paying for such a costly procedure and this could turn into a lawsuit. I told Bonnie she was going to have to pay for the surgery and she lost her temper on the phone. She tried guilt tripping me for putting my cat through surgery, told me I wasn't a very nice person and gaslighted me. The phone call ended with me saying "look I know you don't want to pay for this but it was your mistake and you are going to fix it or I will take you to court". Her response was "fine, then I'm sending you the bill for the grooming". I took my cat in for surgery and even asked for a second vet to take a look and make sure surgery was necessary. My cat has kidney problems and they realized from her pre op blood work that they didn't want to put her under. So her tail remains the same. It's covered with a crusty scab that isn't healing. At any moment if she chews on it, or injures it, it will bleed and can become infected. I basically have to keep an eye on it for the rest of my cats life. I sent the bill for the pre op stuff and Bonnie paid it but deducted $125 for the grooming (originally she didn't charge me because of the incident). Ironically she quoted me $90 on the phone when I made the appointment but then ended up charging $125. I didn't read reviews before taking my there and now I feel so terrible for my poor cat. read more

Bonnie and her assistant ( I forgot her name) took care of the dogs and did a magnificent job on all of them. My mother had to take the dogs in after I was overseas and she was on bed rest after hip replacement. Bonnie took really good care of all the dogs. Explained the breakdown of the fees and to tell you the truth, it was reasonable for the dogs. We will return and continue to use the spa! Thank you for helping us get the dogs in the car too!!! Took my Persian in to get a cut similar to a lion cut. She did have some matting, on her under side, which I mentioned up front. She is super active and runs around the house all day/ night lol. Anyway, I was told they could do a cut on a Persian. I had to remind her several times that my cat is a female cause she kept saying he/him. I also had to keep reminding her that she is deaf, despite writing it on the card. At the end, after stating she needed to hurry up cause she had to leave, I pointed out that my cat's fur was all uneven. I was told "that's what happens with cat's fur, they aren't dogs". If this were true why would anyone do these cuts? I will definitely not return and need to pay someone to even it out for me. Also, she was quite rude talking about how people don't take care of their animals, like a woman who came in and she was saying the dogs fur was so dry because it wasn't being conditioned. And she said this to me, another customer. Just horrible customer service and I would not recommend to anyone. I will also add that she was giving me incorrect information about my dog as well. The breed I have cannot be bathed too often because it will ruin his fur (Shiba Inu). I have spoken to other owners of these dogs and our vet. Instead I use waterless shampoo on him. The owner here told me that is not okay and he should be bathed weekly and it would never ruin his fur. Who bathes their dog weekly unless they play in mud? read more

My regret is not looking at Yelp reviews prior to making an appointment. We groom our doodle every 6 weeks and consistently brush her. Yes, all doodle require a bit more attention and work while grooming, its part of the breed. Our regular groomer does a wonderful job. Unfortunately, something came up and to stick to our time frame we came upon this groomer. She did not take any time attempting to properly groom our dog. She completely shaved her down to her skin. She has "track" marks all over the place. She looks horrible! Her dog daycare was in shock when they saw her today. Then to further add to the issue she charged us $105 plus tip. I have no problem paying for a good service but this experience was awful! So many reputable groomers who will take their time but this place is NOT one of them. read more

We solely took our dog to this place based on the Google reviews since they were somewhat decent. Needless to say, Bonnie was able to get my dog in on a short notice for a much needed haircut since he is a GoldenDoodle and his fur quickly becomes matted when it becomes overgrown. The cut was decent considering that I knew that it would be a complete shave down but that's not where the issue is. The issue is that the owner had cut his nails very short to the point where they were bleeding. My poor dog went on the grass to pee and came back bleeding all over our floor because his nails were cut to the point where you could see quick on multiple nails. Regardless, I think this could have been easily prevented if the owner took her time to cut his nails or not cut them at all. Aside from the nail situation, my dog has clipper burns in numerous places. I will not be returning especially considering the price and no bandana. One positive aspect of this visit is that my dog spells nice but in the same sense he keeps licking his wounds all night long. I now understand why she was asking for a Yelp review upon me leaving. read more

If I Could give this ZERO stars I certainly would, the owner has no business being anywhere around animals, it all stated when I arrived for my first appointment, my Yorkie poddle has pretty bad separation anxiety from me and in turn gets nervous being in unfamiliar places especially around other much larger dogs, as I was introduced myself to Bonnie and explaining how her hair normally gets cut Bonnie snaps, yelling at my already nervous dog "DONT YOU DARE PISS ON MY FLOOR" I thought it was a bit uncalled for to get so upset about that but I gave her the Beni fit of the doubt thinking she's a dog lover she may have just over reacted a little bit. Upon picking my dog up as I normally would arrive she would be barking in excitement that I'm back (she's almost 6) she's never not barked when I pick her up, but I heard no barking so thought it was odd but again gave Bonnie the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe my dog was in back with another groomer finishing up. Then Bonnie opens a crate 6-8 feet IN FRONT OF ME AND MY DOG WAS TERRIFIED TO COME OUT!! Bonnie removed her and as soon as she was next to me and not Bonnie she started barking as loud as she possibly could wanting to LEAVE !!! I would highly recommend this Fluffy Puppy Grooming. I was so impressed by my Yorkie/Toy Fox Terrier's cut and style. I even got my little one in the same day I called for an appointment. Great for me because I didn't have to wait. When I picked my dog up she smelled so good I didn't want to put her down. Bonnie is so wonderful to speak to and she does exactly what you ask for on your pet. Her coat was smooth, shiny and her nails were cut perfectly. Not a bad price for all Bonnie did. I had my cat shaved yesterday he is a year old Himalayan. She mentioned he was hard to handle but I had no idea how many scrapes and razor burns my cat had after I paid $95 including a tip. I took my goldendoodle into this place and when I came back he had a gash on his nose that was shaved down a bit excessively. The customer service wasn't really there it was a lot of arrogance and complaints that our dog was a large rather than a medium size like she claimed. I came here to get my dog groomed not to be lectured. Now his nose is bloodier than a bite at day care. I called and was immediately told that it must have been my dog who did this to him self. I attached a picture. I'm not bringing my dog back to this place. I don't want or need a refund. I am never coming. I've had my own hair cut from a clipper and I know the look of a cut from a clipper. I understand sometimes you slip on a clipper but at least claim a little fault no body is perfect. Upon your reply I can understand your frustration, heres the thing, we tried to speak to you calmly then immediately called us SCAMMERS. I never said I needed a refund! Nor to cancel a check. I think you maybe need to read a book on customer service and handling a phone call the proper way sorry we didn't have time to bring our dog back during a holiday weekend for you to give some lame excuse as to why my dog is cut. I'm a bit skeptical by all the bad reviews I've read here and I have to wonder if they are posted in an effort to sabotage Bonnie's grooming spa services. If so, shame on you. Back in early 2018, I was a bit nervous to take my two bichon/maltese fur babies to Bonnie for the very first grooming since their original groomer was no longer able to groom the dogs. Upon meeting Bonnie and her assistant, I immediately felt relieved and at ease that Cooper and Jake were in good hands. The shop was quaint and very clean and it was obvious that Bonnie was well equipped to do a thorough job. She first groomed my oldest dog, Cooper, who had various issues due to his age. When I went back to get Cooper, he had on an adorable bandana and was waiting for me in a crate looking so handsome!! I wanted to cry when I saw him. She did an awesome job on Cooper and I just wanted to hug her. The same treatment with Cooper's brother, Jake ... he too was sporting an adorable bandana and looked so cute. I've come to think of Bonnie as a friend and have even referred co-workers and others to her for their grooming needs. Fluffy Puppy gets a HUGE thumbs up from me, without question. read more

Took my dogs to her for a while.....on my last visit she razor burned my dogs paw and it got infected. Thankfully some antibiotics and TLC took care of that. On that visit I told her we were thinking of getting another dog. She told me I probably don't remember how much work a puppy is. She also implied my husband and I were too old for a puppy, then offered to sell me a poodle puppy somebody had returned to her. I was only 54 at the time so age was not an issue. Took my dog here one time and at drop off felt they were extremely rude but figured I would give them a shot. Came to pick her up and they rang me out BEFORE I saw my dog so of course I paid and tipped them as I always would any groomer - when I got in the car I saw they razor burned my poor little puppy - and she had bald spot all over her. I called owner and - not looking for my money back but to tell her one of her groomers did a horrendous job. She asked me to send her photos of my dog which I did. To my horror at 10:10 pm in the evening I received a call from an unknown number and was left a voice mail from the owner. She was calling me fat, stupid, cant find a man, was swearing at me and laughed like she was down right crazy! I have saved this recording and plan to send it to the news. This woman is crazy.....
