Carlos did AHHHHH-MAZING bath, trim, and grooming on my 8yo terrier mix. My little guy is usually skittish of getting cut and bathed, but Carlos took the time to get to know him a little bit before taking him in the mobile spa to get him cleaned up. It only took about an hour and my little guy looked like a completely different and handsome dog afterwards! And he wasn't all trembling and scared when I came to get him, unlike when I used to pick him up from other groomers. The only reason there's a 1 star deduction is because he isn't the best at returning texts and voicemails. If he doesn't answer he phone, don't leave a message. I contacted the owner on Tuesday and got in on Sunday they put me in for 3 but I was seen an hour earlier which was nice. Unfortunately, her nails grew into falcon talons and I knew I'd have to find a groomer who could manage a fearful and feisty dog.
