The woman on the phone was professional, quickly had me scheduled for a haircut, and was very pleasant. I could basically see the smile in her voice. The salon doesn't do refunds and I couldn't go back since another mistake would mean I would have to wait for a color correction elsewhere. I switched my family to a different stylist who we love. She even got my curls back. With Patrik, I thought I could have length OR curls, not both. I didn't say anything. I didn't leave a review. I just didn't go back. But now he made my daughter cry and I can't stay quiet. My 17 year old daughter went back to him. I don't know what possessed him to give a 17 year old girl a "talk to the manager" cut but he butchered her hair. She was growing it out and it was finally past her shoulders. He made her feel ugly and stole her confidence. And again, after a visit to John James salon, I'm going to have to spend hundreds, if not more, to correct his work.
