This was a really positive hair experience, from the glass of wine upon entry to the clean and quiet atmosphere. I used a groupon for color and conditioning, and since there was not time for my conditioning treatment she didn't charge me for my blowout, which was a really nice way to handle things. I just got a standard one process color, which came out fine (but all over dark brown is kind of hard to screw up). My only small complaint was that the manager or owner complained about Groupon dropping the price on her without notice, which made me feel guilty and was kind of unprofessional because that has nothing to do with me. However, I'll still likely try this place again just because everything else was well done. read more

Mediocre cut and highlights. Certainly no wow factor. I returned a second time because well, it was mediocre and location was convenient. During the second visit my t-shirt was ruined by the bleaching product that ran down my back. I had hoped for an apology but Darlene denied responsibility. Disappointing. Won't return. read more

Horrible haircut!!! I went here the first time and had a great experience. I was scheduled with Darlene. I thought I had found a lifelong hairdresser, finally. The second time I went, 4 weeks later for a shape up because my hair is short, and my sons wedding was the following weekend, she did great with the haircut everywhere except in the back. I asked her to cut the back with scissors please do not use the clippers, well instead she used a razor comb and cut way into my hairline, about an inch to two inches on each side. It looked as if it was completely shaved on each side with a hunk of hair left in the middle. Absolutely horrible and very embarrassing to go out in public. Needless to say, "Your hair will grow back", but it didn't before the wedding!! read more

Went for a cut and color for the first time and I will definitely be back. They were so accommodating on my schedule and worked to make sure I got the appointment I needed last minute. Erica was amazing with my cut and color, taking time to really figure out what was going to work best for me. A glass of wine and a massaging shampoo chair made this a super relaxing experience too. I am new to the area and was looking for a new stylist. For haircut and foils alone, I would give them 5 stars. However - I was told 1 price over the phone and when I went to 'check out and pay' the price was $20 higher!They WOULD NOT honor the price I was told. I wish I would have brought the post-it-note in that I wrote the info down on. When I got home, I checked it and my memory was correct as to what the woman quoted me over the phone. Also, upon arrival, nobody greeted me for over 5 minutes even though several stylists were in view of the door. Awkward...There is a funny kind that of unfriendly vibe in there. Despite all that I did make a 2nd appt. I needed to cancel that appt due to a personal emergency - left msg on machine and they never bothered to call back to reschedule so I will go elsewhere. read more

LOVED IT! I got blonde highlights and I have brown hair, I really didn't want it to be streaky and look un natural. I didn't know what I wanted but basically just told them that. I got a partial btw! It came out perfect and better then I could have ever gotten anywhere else! Looked super natural and not streaky at all but the blonde is definitely noticeable (looks like I have natural highlights). I also got a trim, they blowdried and straightened my hair aswell and it was a total of 145$, definitely worth it. My friend got just the partial and hers was 85! read more
