The location of this store is located inside another space. The evening I went was almost closing time. I thought the young girl that waited on me was really nice. I had a BOGO coupon so of course I had to try Two drinks. I chose the Tropical Temptation smoothie and Passion Fruit Bubble Tea. I thought both were really good, even though they are a bit pricey. The sell Bubble Tea making kits which I is a great gift idea. I look forward to trying other combinations on my next visit. read more

I went into this location to quench my thirst today. It was not busy at all and just had one person working. It only took a few minutes to get my drink ready. I ordered the taro milk tea with a few add-ins. I added in the strawberry popping bubbles (the only flavor they had today) and passion fruit jellies (chosen out of the four available flavors). I got a large size, which was $6.70. To be honest, I have had better taro flavor at other bubble tea stores and thought this place was very overpriced compared to others. Most likely will not be getting bubble tea from here again, because of the price and there were no options given to me in regards of customizing the drink (ie; less ice, percentage of sweetness, etc.). read more

Tucked a bit away, I found this spot and was pleasantly surprised. They were out of taro which was my favorite but the girl behind the counter was so sweet and offered me suggestions and now I have a new favorite: Thai tea with boba! It was delicious and I would come back! read more

I stopped in for Boba and it was OK. The tea was VERY green, like fake green, and was almost syrupy. They didn't offer a sweet option. The flavor was fruity, but not tea like, more like a popsicle with squishy Boba. It was not my favorite. read more

Meh. As juice places go, this was just average to me. It's in old Worthington, which is a cute place to wander around, but it shared space with a Snap Fitness and there isn't really seating inside the side. I only saw one or two small tables. I paid $6.30 for a regular very berry smoothie, which is their smallest smoothie size, and it was just average. There's nothing special about it, really. My friend had the sweet valentine and said it was decent too. Maybe their juices are better, but I just wasn't wowed by this place. read more

We order pretty regularly as we love their selection and they are pretty consistent. Would definitely recommend Insider tip: Order online with the app (Clover) and then pick up. Otherwise you might be waiting a long time for your bubble tea sometimes (10/15 min). read more

I'm just visiting and I need to say, this is actually a very cute place and the girl working today was very sweet and accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about service here at all. I ordered a gingerbread chai with oat milk. After leaving and taking 2 sips, I can only describe the taste of my drink as what you would imagine is the taste of a Christmas candle or one of those scented decor broom things. It actually turned my stomach to drink it. I went back and she was so kind and remade an eggnog chai as I thought the gingerbread syrup was the culprit. I took one sip and told her it was great. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was off too and seem like a needy customer. After I left I could only stomach about 3 or 4 more sips. It tasted equally as "Christmas candle" as the last drink. It must be the type of chai they have. Just thought I'd at least leave this review for anyone curious about the chai or to let the owner know that they should maybe get a new type. If I ever go back, it would be for a different drink and because the service was great. Should have just went with the matcha I guess. read more

This is my preferred bubbles location. I've been in several times as it is a quick and easy stop. The employees have always been kind to me, and I have only had one less than satisfactory beverage here and there wasn't a manager in at the time to issue a refund after they had ran out of boba and I ordered extra. I simply brought this up on my next visit and it seemed like two managers tag teamed correcting the mistake. One of them immediately opened their laptop, pulled up my order, and issued a refund. The other kindly took care of my next drink for free. Awesome customer service, great couple of managers, will be returning as always! read more

Smack in the middle of Old Worthington, Bubbles is a good place to swing by and grab a smoothie or juice if you're in the neighborhood and need a quick pick me up! They are located on the first floor of a gym, but are open to the public. It has a very similar menu to the North Market location, focused on smoothies and bubble teas. I grabbed a Thai iced tea and a Mango Tango smoothie, both of which were good, but not great. The smoothie had a bit of an artificial flavor to it, not sure if that came from the frozen yogurt or the mango, but was a bit disappointing. Service was good, the woman behind the counter was happy to make recommendations. If I'm in the neighborhood, it's a good option, but I definitely wouldn't make the trip especially for it. read more

Terrible customer service. I came in to buy some bubbles for my daughter's birthday. They were offering samples at the farmers market and she loved them. The girl at the register said I could buy some but the other girl said that the manager wouldn't allow it anymore. When a customer walks in with a reasonable request and her wallet open (I would have paid quite a bit for a little birthday surprise), the worst thing you can do is just shut them down. Fiendly staff and quick service. Stopped in as a treat while in Worthington on other business. The women behind the corner answered all my questions. Was even friendly when I knocked over my drink trying to get the straw in and spilled some on the counter. Even put a new seal on my cup and put the straw in for me. read more
