Would want to come back to try other items, but we got the mango smoothie, brown sugar boba, and strawberry matcha. You can order at the register or on the kiosk machine. Plenty of seating in the place. The brown sugar is very sweet so keep that in mind when choosing your sugar level. There wasn't much strawberry flavor to the matcha so I was kind of bummed about that.

First time visiting today. Nice and clean inside. Free parking. Easy ordering from a kiosk. Friendly workers. Unfortunately, my tea is not good. I ordered a passion fruit green tea with boba and jelly. There is no passion fruit flavor, but it is undrinkable because every sip is nothing but seeds. I've never had seeds in my boba. And the boba is not good. The jelly actually has the texture of pineapple tidbits. Not what I was expecting.

Finally got a chance to try out Tiger Sugar. There are 2 kiosk machines at each entrance. You can order your drinks at the counter, but I believe they take cash only at the counter. But when ordering at the Kiosk, there wasn't any option to adjust the sugar, ice level or flavor of the boba, which was very disappointing. It was Mango kind of day for us, so we ordered Mango Sago, Mango bubble tea and Mango slushies. All of them were great. It did take a while to get our drinks though. But there are plenty of seats to sit down and chill while you wait for your drinks to be prepared. There are also different types of snacks to purchase next to the counter.

There are so many great boba options in Columbus. I had high hopes for this place, but left feeling meh. I didn't like the kiosk only options (there are 2 and the lines were long since people had trouble figuring them out). You also have to pay at the kiosk. It would be nice to have a talk-to-a-live option too. The people behind the counter though quick at filling the drinks, don't seem to pay much attention to the order. I had asked for less sugar and less ice, but got full on levels of both. There aren't hard copies of the menus and the boards are difficult to read with the small print. The staff isn't helpful either. The online menu is equally hard to navigate. Nothing special about the drinks themselves. The place is a chain and I feel like they use the standard powders and toppings. Doubt I will go back since there's nothing special and it's super challenging just to place an order.

So I've been on a boba kick lately and a Tiger Sugar just opened up by me so decided to give it a go. They have two self order kiosks but you can also order at the counter. There's a few unavailable drinks but it seems their signatures are all there so I went ahead and tried the signature brown sugar boba milk with tiger jelly and cream mousse (say that three times fast). Anyway, this is so far the place I've found to have the best boba. I love brown sugar boba and it was properly cooked and slightly chewy and had that great dark brown sugar, caramelly flavor. Its a bit pricey for the size but maybe I'm just old and inflation makes all this normal. Overall, I'm glad there's a new boba option by me. Will have to come back and try their other options.

A whole new place to satisfy your boba craving! It is located across the street from MicroCenter on Bethel Rd. Lots of boba tea options now in that area. They were quite busy on a Sunday evening. There are two kiosks to order from if you want to pay with card. They only accept cash at the counter. This boba only spot had the most space for seating compared to the others. Someone mentioned snacks, but I did not see a menu for them. I got the taro pudding black sugar boba milk tea with cream mousse (#7). Unfortunately, I did not see any place on the kiosk to edit your sugar, ice, or topping preferences. Did I miss it?? I added a note that said "no ice on both drinks in the order, please." After waiting, I was saddened to realize both drinks had ice that filled 1/3 of the large sized cup. Do they not read the notes or alter anything on the drink? These questions remain. The drink for a large was $5.95. I thought that was a fair price compared to other places, because it already included the boba, pudding, and mousse cream. However, I was sad to not see other topping choices to add. I would recommend the taro pudding drink. It was really yummy and I really enjoyed the pudding part.

The first time I had Tiger Sugar was in Canada and was so excited to hear it was coming to Columbus! The plaza has a pretty decent size parking lot, that it will eventually share with it's neighbor. The store itself is nice, cozy, and has the typical Tiger Sugar aesthetics. Just a note, there are no outlets for use if you're thinking about studying here or plugging anything in! Not sure if they have wifi available either, but they may eventually. We went on opening day, which was a long wait but staff were working really hard and cranking out orders quickly. I didn't interact with them much, but they all seemed nice and they were very busy. I got the Brown Sugar Boba & Pearl & Tiger Jelly (#2) and the Mango Sago (F1). I think their signature base for Brown Sugar milk tea is fantastic and their Mango Sago is refreshing and sweet. They both were made well and delicious. It was about $15 total for both drinks, which I think is a bit expensive but overall, it's pretty good boba. I can't wait to come back and try the other drinks, I'm sure they're all good. It looks like they also offer snacks, but we didn't get any. I would recommend if you're looking for Brown Sugar Boba, a cold refreshing drink, if you're looking for a sweet treat, a place for a small group hangout, a casual date, or just to treat yourself!

I 100% only went here bc I love Hello Kitty. Thank you to the worker who is probably not getting paid enough to put up with me straight up just asking how to get a Hello Kitty cup. And also coming back to ask if I can pick the color too *two fingers touching in shame* You can't adjust the sugar level so the drinkies veer on the sweet side. Additionally I thought the boba was a little too soft. Um I have to hit ambiance now I mean I think it was fine. It seems like the place is still undergoing a bit of construction but I mean I just sat there and watched the kpop music videos.

Black sugar boba + pearl with cream mousse, delish! The boba was nice, soft and right amount of chewiness. The milk tea was awesome goodness! I'm always on the lookout for milktea places. I hope they open one near New Albany! Happy tummy! ;)

Tiger Sugar is right by the bb.q Chicken on Bethel Rd. They are known for their Black Sugar Milk Series with the "tiger stripes" pattern for the drink. Head to one of the kiosk to place your order and the drink would be ready at the front counter. I switched my mind at the last second to go for the Mango Sago instead. I like the sweetness is just right for me and packed with different toppings like sago, aloe vera and diced mangoes.

Number 5 milk tea with boba and pudding

One of the best milk teas I've tried! We ordered the number 5 milk tea with boba and pudding and they were very generous with the pudding! The milk tea is so rich and creamy. I can't wait to try the other flavors. The oolong tea with boba was just okay so I would go there just for the milk teas. The place is good with great ambience. Service is fast. You order from a kiosk and they just call out your number. I would like this as just an option because if you're not familiar with their teas or want recommendations, it's nice to be able to ask someone. Overall this is one of the best boba places I've tried in Columbus!

I went to Tiger Sugar after eating next door. I was super happy that they had BBQ and Tiger Sugar right next to each other! I've been to the Tiger Sugar in Seattle and I loved it! I had high hopes for this location. I went in and noticed I had to use the kiosk because the cashier area said it was cash only. Unfortunately none of the workers greeted my party at all. It wasn't a very welcoming vibe especially since there was no human interaction. The boba shop itself was nice. There were a lot of seats and the inside was fairly warm. The bathroom was clean. I got the #5, which is the Black Sugar Boba with Egg Pudding and Cream Mousse. The drink tasted delicious and the boba wasn't too chewy. The egg pudding did taste a little old though. I could tell because the texture was off. It was my first time here so I think I would give it another try if I am in the area. I would not go out of my way to go to Tiger Sugar.

Nope. Just nope. Service is slow. Waited for 15mins for my bubble tea. I am a mochi lover so tried their mochi bubble tea. The milk tea is fine. Sweeter than I like even with the less sugar option. The mochi itself has absolutely zero flavor - felt like I was eating glue, but maybe it's just not for me. My biggest complaint is that they don't give you the option of "no ice", which is available at other bubble tea shops. Without it you ended up with half cup of ice, which is sad.

Situated in a cue lil food court next to Dayou, Mr Tea thrives on me being too lazy to go somewhere else to get a sweet treat when I'm like knees deep in spicy noods. That said, I did actually very much like the fresh mango slush with cheese macchiato. Even though mangoes are nawt in season, the drink appeared to have real mango chunks in addition to mango jelly. Very refreshing! However, my second encounter with a tea-forward drink was more disappointing. I decided to give the osmanthus latte a try but it tasted quite watered down, almost like they maybe use milk instead of a creamer? The osmanthus flavor was also not strong enough. Overall, a decent place to grab fruity boba if you are in the vicinity but it wouldn't be my first choice if you are looking for tea.

Good tea flavor, soft boba pearls, definitely a must-visit when grocery shopping at Dayou.

I especially enjoyed the illusion of privacy offered by the dividing screens at the traditional seating area. I am apt to take off my shoes in public regardless of the occassion, but the sunken tables allowed me to unleash the dawgs in a more socially acceptable manner. Note that Tea Zone no longer offers as wide a variety of savory foods. In fact, they only serve ramen. But their bakery section is still robust! I'm not honestly the biggest fan of most fruit cakes but I had an uncontrollable craving. As far as store-bought fruit cakes go, it was not bad. As always, I wish the cake part had more depth of flavor than just ~vanilla~, but as a whole, the cake was quite soft and generously topped with an assortment of fruit! The servers were very sweet (haha) and offered to make my iced matcha latte unsweetened but I was like, no, I need the high. Because I sure as hell am not high on life. Not a direct quote
