two drinks on a marble table
    Roland C.

This place is amazing! Open for about a month, the decor has a fun, laidback, colorful vibe, so you can hang out there with friends, or do some work with your laptop, or read a book or magazine. More important to me, though, is taste. My partner and I came to get two drinks, and ordered a Cocomango smoothie and a Busting Creamy Mango refresher. They were so flavorful and delicious. Definitely coming back to try out the other drinks!

Very cute store that's easily accessible off of the highway. Service was on the slower side, but very kind and the drinks were good!

Fast service! I appreciate the young girl behind the counter washing her hands before making my drink. Will come again.

There is usually only one person working (at least the times I have gone in), but it is fast service.

My only issue is my dairy allergy, and I've now had 3 occurrences where I've ordered oat milk and received regular milk. The employees are always very kind, but they need to be more attentive to which milk is being ordered and upcharged.

The place was cozy enough to have sat down and poke at my breakfast if I had had the time though, for sure. The breakfast sandwich was a bit of an oddity. I guess they must be pre-made because they couldn't do the bagel sandwich with egg... but the croissant they could? Doesn't exactly scream fresh... Also, when I get a croissant, I expect it to be, you know, croissant sized. This thing was smaller than an English muffin (which explains why it was $3.80). I will say though... that thing was TASTY. I wish I had more than 4 bites because it was delicious, without being greasy or anything like that with the sausage on it. The iced Buckeye latte was also equally solid (white mocha, peanut butter, etc.). It was coffee, chocolate, and just hints of peanut butter here and there. I'm not much one for peanut butter too often, but I found this to be really enjoyable. All in all, a little less "I don't want to be here" vibe from the staff and the whole egg on the sandwich thing give me some hesitation here. I'd definitely stop in again when I'm in town, but I don't think it would be my first choice necessarily (OK, the latte might be).

They also have food but becuase we were in a time crunch to get back on the road to continue driving we couldn't try it because it's a 20 min wait. It's all made to order. The food from the picture looked all good. The staff was very friendly and were patient while they waited for our order. Definitely a cute place to visit with my boyfriend. They have a lot of open sitting. We choose a coffee milk tea and Oreo crème Brulee. The Oreo was aesthetic and pretty to look at. The boba was squishy and not hard just like we like our boba. One thing is that the tea had a lemon taste that it wasn't bad but it was unexpected and just wasn't something we expected. It wasn't our prefer cup of tea. Overall, if we pass again we might try it.

Kid K saw it and wanted bubble tea after a hot day at the zoo (we had stopped for something at Trader Joe's.) Huge selection of drinks (only complaint: tiny print on menu screen on the wall, though they do also have it printed out and I bet it is on the computer kiosk.) Kid got an Oreo milk tea with bubbles, and loved it. I got a mango slushie and also loved it: refreshing, with mango bits in it. I had planned to pick up supper for later somewhere nearby, but they do have a couple of food items, Taiwanese sausage and popcorn chicken. So, saved a stop. The sausage is a small portion, just a snack; tender, flavorful, a little sweet. I'd get another. The popcorn chicken was a bigger portion, almost a meal's worth, and can be covered with several flavor powders. I got curry. There's also pepper, basil, and a few more. It was good. Tender bits of chicken, crispy, with flavor but not overwhelming. Would definitely get again. I would go a bit out of my way for this, as would Kid K. But at Sawmill and 161, and near Meijer and TJ's among many other places, you probably don't have to. Check it out.

Decorations were simple and bright. There is a kiosk that you can order from if you don't want to order at the front counter. We got their Taro Milk and the Thai Tornado (mix of Thai Tea and Taro). Their drinks are made well and very flavorful. We really liked their tapioca pearls, they're chewy and a little bit on the softer side. Overall, the drinks were good and the store is nice. Their other drinks looked really good and sounded yummy. I would try any other drinks as well. Staff was nice and they were quick, we didn't have to wait too long for two drinks. The prices are a bit higher but their drinks are made well. I would recommend for boba, a sweet treat, a small group hang out, a casual date, or just a pick me up!

The coffee was still good even if it could have used a little more flavor, and I appreciate the healthy amount of whipped cream. I tried one after lunch and the combination of the crisp outer shell and rich, creamy center was definitely an experience. Delicious, VERY rich, and apparently my stomach and I have differing opinions about how much of a good thing is appropriate. The shop itself is also really cool. It's bright, clean, and has such a fun modern design--the red wave feature running across the ceiling and wall is awesome. There's plenty of seating, and the whole place has a really unique look. The dessert case had several different fruit designs and other sweets, and honestly, half the fun was just looking at them and trying to decide which one to get. Definitely worth stopping in at least once to try the viral desserts. My advice: eat lunch first, choose ONE, and do not let its adorable little fruit disguise convince you that you're making a responsible nutritional decision.
