I was told it would take about half an hour, which surprised me for a shampoo, but I had just come from the gym and hadn't eaten, so I figured I'd wait it out, read my book, and head home. Well, it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Thankfully, I didn't have anything else scheduled that day. Multiple employees checked on me throughout and were incredibly kind and attentive. Eventually, Jamal( the person who had checked me in) came over and sincerely apologized, taking full responsibility for the delay. He gave me a $100 gift card and told me I could use it or even gift it to someone else, but he wanted to make it right. Of course, I still tipped the workers, after all, they did an amazing job. My car had never been that clean. I returned in August to use the GC and noticed they'd added more outdoor seating and some cute landscaping. I came on a Sunday morning and let them know I only had about an hour and fifteen minutes, as I had an appointment. When I asked what I could get with my $100 card, the employee went to get Jamal himself. I opted for the $99 interior complete and offered to cover any tax, but Jamal replied, "No ma'am, we owe you this." That response speaks volumes. This visit did end up running a bit over, about 10:50 to 12:10 so I'd advise others to be prepared to wait if you're getting more than a basic wash. I'd personally rather be told a longer estimate upfront, but I understand they may not want to deter customers. That said, their quality of work is worth the wait IF you know about it ahead of time. I debated leaving out the original scheduling mishap, because I imagine most customers have seamless experiences. But honestly, the way they handled that mistake impressed me even more than if it had gone perfectly. This place isn't cheap, and it isn't fast but their work is absolutely unbeatable.

Owner told me to come back in and hour and half. I returned to pick up my car and he told me it was $130 when I went to pay, then it was $140 with the tax. After paying the owner had the audacity to tell me to "wash my hands after I put on makeup" because there were so many smudges in the car. Absolutely disrespectful for a customer who is paying THEM for a SERVICE. When I came home and upon further inspection of my car the job was terrible. The outside wasn't barely washed, the inside was not vacuumed underneath the carpets or the seatbelt buckle. The dash was not washed and still had smudges and grim on it. And the worst part if this wasn't all terrible enough, they cut up my car !!! (See photos attached) I took the car with no slits and cuts in the back seat fabric and it was returned to me with a huge gash in the fabric on the center console. Unacceptable. Unbelievable. Do not go here. If you respect yourself and your car and your money do not give them your business. From customer service to payment inconsistency to quality of car wash this place it not worth you time or business.
