A couple of moments of goodness, the guys did push my side mirrors in prior to entering the wash and they offered me a complimentary towel, and actually tossed two my way, they are like lint free paper towels. A thoughtless customer was BLARING her car stereo which all the vacuums would not drown out. It was sooooooooo annoying. You would think the company would put up signs stating 'do not blare your music morons!' like the goo goo does on south parkway. The vacuums are no where near the quality of the drive thru car wash near the "new" Wal Mart on 72 west near County line. And the place was generally run down. The staff at the other place by wal mart are way friendly, offering to help in any way, for example they will offer to run your mats thru the cleaner, free of charge. If you love listening to other peoples taste in music at way over the normal Marshal amp at a Metallica concert volume, enjoy paying for add-ons that you don't know what you're getting and using vacuums that increase the time you are exposed to extremely loud music of other people's selection because you have to re-vacuum the same spot a million times, you've got your new place. The gas pumps behind and on the other side of the store are for big trucks as most of these are diesel pumps. Their bath rooms are outside which is unusual but I like it. I have a feeling that this used to be a busy truck stop at one time. Well, they built a Loves Travel Stop just down the road. So, lots of 18 wheelers stop and rest there. But, I did see a few here. They have some great fried chicken and catfish here at a separate deli counter which is manned by a second person who is a cook. There tator logs are some of the best I have eaten anywhere. Just put some catsup on them for a delightful snack. Also their prices on chicken and logs is very reasonable. Their parking lot is so big that you can use this as rest stop.

I understand that all of us have our days at work, but don't piss on a paying customer, Miss Cook. I walked out of Sibley's thinking to myself, "WTF was all that about?" And the bathroom (which is outside, FYI) afterwards didn't help. It looked as if it was Afghanistan, post 2003- bombed out & depleted. The absolute worst bathroom that I've ever seen at a gas station. For men, I strongly recommend holding it, or finding the nearest bush. Plenty of bushes in Alabama, so you'll be okay. What saved the day was the cashier, who seemed to sense what was going on. Her pleasant demeanor & positive attitude reflected part of what Sibley's employees had represented in the past. I've gone there several times on a Saturday closer to 8:30am and it was closed. The vacuums are hit and miss. Typically, I end up driving to 4 or 5 vacuums before I find one that works. The pay station where you enter seldom works the first time you insert a credit card. Someone has to typically come from inside to assist with getting the gate to open. I just don't feel this location is managed well. You could say it's always hit or miss when visiting this location

A friend also experienced significant damage to their truck here 1-2 weeks ago. In both cases, the business refused to take responsibility. Also, my friend was told by this business that they had another lady who also reported damage to her car about the same time he reported his damage, and unfortunately for her, she had major damage to a super nice car. I'm disappointed by the lack of accountability and will be sharing my experience with others, filing a complaint with the BBB, and submitting a claim to the Attorney General's Office. Thankfully, there is another competing carwash next door to their North Gloster, Tupelo location that my family and I can trust with our business moving forward. It is brand new business and has better state of the art equipment. No more worries with super short vacuum hoses and damage done to our vehicles.

As I am doing so a shine time rep with a disgusting tone says, "Can you not move your car out of the way ma'am?" It totally threw me off guard so I said "sir?" He says, "Yeah move it out of the way like now" So, I proceeded to put the towel and everything away with the intention to leave altogether.
