If you've never been to Buc-ee's before... imagine a gas station, a grocery store, a barbecue joint, a candy shop, and a Texas roadside fever dream all smashed together under one giant beaver logo. That was my experience today visiting the first Ohio Buc-ee's -- and wow, this place is an experience. The store was massive, spotless, and packed with every snack imaginable. From homemade fudge to beef jerky walls that looked endless, it felt like Disneyland for road trip food lovers. The bakery section alone could ruin any diet in under five minutes. I tried the famous Paddle Tail pastry -- a giant cinnamon sugar puff pastry loaded with frosting -- and let's just say my blood sugar may still be recovering. Totally worth it. The brisket sandwiches smelled incredible, the hot food selection was huge, and somehow even the bathrooms lived up to the hype. Yes, it was crowded. Yes, people were taking selfies with the beaver. And yes... I absolutely bought more snacks than any human needs for one road trip. Buc-ee's isn't just a stop for gas -- it's a full-blown roadside adventure. Ohio finally got one, and after visiting today, I completely understand why people are obsessed with this place. And I will be back! Sooner than Later!

Buc-ee's is takin over the world. It's the greatest gas station You can imagine... times five! Highlights; beef brisket sandwich, fudge, hot nuts, drink station, clothing options. And most unbelievably... The restrooms! Drawbacks: the insane crowds.

All I gotta say is WOW! It's like a bright Walmart as big that's also a gas station. But on steroids and much better in a way. This is weird. I couldn't find the price of gas. They don't have a sign. At all. I guess you just drive up to the pump to see the price. It does appear to be good. About .50 cents less than the Sunoco across the street. Inside is chaos. Not because of them. Just the mass amount of people shopping. You can get almost anything you want in there. Bathing suits, cooking utensils, prepared food, seasonings, all types of prepared and snack foods and drinks. Even a bakery. Lines to check out were long. But moved fast. People spend a lot of money. Parking is a bit crazy. Pro tip park on the far left side of the building. Get out easier and less cars. Everyone goes right. To get out follow the signs. There is no short cut. Just follow the 70 signs. Otherwise it will take you 2 to 3x longer to get out. You get caught in this weird maze of people coming in and trying to get out or get gas or whatever. This might be out of my system. Cool for first but not sure I'd go back. Good for people watching.

Holy Cow! Noontime Sunday and just about every parking spot take! Fun and entertaining time off the Interstate. All the employees were delightful and helpful. The best customer service around. Now, to sit and relax while enjoying my brisket sandwich.

The niche of Buce-ee's being a gigantic gas station from Texas is going away for me. They have locations in like half of the country now. I came check out their new location in Ohio, there are like a thousands people here. Not a fan of their food: The famous brisket sandwiches, and other food items have too much chemical in the ingredients, what's the point of being freshly made. Yes they have large vareity snacks but they are all mediocre. With that being said, it is still a nice stop during a road trip to take a break and get some food/drinks.

Went by for the grand opening and all I can say is it was amazing! People everywhere, cars, everywhere, Buc-ee's merch everywhere! If you haven't experienced a Buc-ee's, you have to before you check off this planet. It is so much more than a gas station, from the beef jerky, to the brisket, to the beaver chips, to the Beaver Nuggets, and all other little snacks they have was so amazing. And can you not forget about the restrooms, cleanest you will ever find! Even the founder and governor were there for the grand opening for this spectacular establishment!

I don't go to many grand openings but for Buc-ee's I made over a 300 mile Journey just to come over here and experience the madness first hand. I came here in the evening thinking that parking would be less hectic. Honestly, it wasn't too bad with parking. Making my way inside, this place is packed like it's Black Friday 2008 , merchandise was flying off the shelves and everything is being sold at an exponentially fast pace . Long lines outside to get a photo with the Buc-ee's statue and I was disappointed to see Bucee the beaver wasn't dressed up inside . I was really hoping for a photo opp with him Staff go through the lines really quickly of checking people out at a pretty good pace as well . Good selection of food and drinks. Always Top Notch merchandise though I really wanted the shirts that the employees were wearing. Any who, compared to other locations, this one is solid!

It's always a fun stop (and always crowded). But Buc-ee's has become a piece of Americana. The Ohio one is no different. The parking area did look larger than most other Buc-ee's I've visited. So that was a plus in trying to find a space. The inside was stuffed with all varieties of Buc-ee's souvenirs --- including bathing suits! There was even a birthday party section- for your next Buc-ee's themed birthday party. The help was extremely friendly. The store was clean. We stopped for a brisket sandwich and managed to also grab a Buc-ee's version of animal crackers, pickles and fudge. I mean why not? Lol. It definitely makes a pit stop while traveling more enjoyable.

Opening day for this Buc-ees (4/6/26) and there had to be north of 500 cars in the place. Gas was priced good so I filled up my tank and then headed inside to get something for lunch. I've never been in a store with so many people! I found a Alamo turkey sandwich with no mayo. It was pretty good! And at the checkout I was given a Buc-ee sticker, nice touch! It's the only gas station I've ever been to that had grocery carts! Fair price on gas, a ton of things to shop for and hundreds of choices on food. As Arnold said, 'I'll be back!'

Tried to experience the hype at the first Ohio Buc-ee's and went all in on the recommended staples--beef brisket sandwich, Carolina pulled pork, Beaver Nuggets, and grabbed some beef jerky for later. Honest take: the sandwiches were just okay, but very salty--more than I expected and kind of took away from the flavor. The Beaver Nuggets were definitely the highlight--sweet, crunchy, and worth the grab. Looking forward to digging into the jerky, which I've heard is where they really shine. One frustration: tried to fuel up, but the pump wouldn't accept my fleet WEX card, so I ended up filling up across the street. Overall, it's a fun stop and I get why people are curious, but I can't say I fully understand the craze. Worth trying once, but not sure I'd go out of my way again, unless this jerky is amazing.

I love the clean restrooms. Bought some Beaver chips to munch on along with a few sweet goodies. Best gas station around. Went at 11:30 at night and it wasn't crowded at all. I even bought some Buc-eye's bandaids for less than $2.00.

This was my first time in Buc-ee's, I heard they were big but I was very much surprised at the size! People were everywhere! It felt like a chaotic grocery store! I did try the bbq pulled pork and can say it is indeed pretty darn tasty! Staff were very friendly throughout the store. I wanted a name keychain but they did not have any Jessica keychains left and had not received a shipment in some time.

The store was clean. Gas was cheap. The bathrooms were also clean. The store was definitely jumping.

The food was perfectly made for both of us and my wife immediately asked when Buc-Ee's will come to Indiana.
