Came here for breakfast and was glad to see they serve it until 11 AM--we arrived at 10:45 and just made it in time. Staff was attentive and quick. The portions were generous, the prices very affordable, and the food was absolutely delicious and made to order. I really like the concept of having small shops located within the restaurant area. However, it's a bit frustrating that they always seem to be closed whenever we visit--not the restaurant's fault, but still a bit of a letdown. We found this place on Yelp while in Greenville for a funeral. What a surprise this was. So the menu has some variety that you don't usually see o. Most menus. The selections were all so different and that was awesome. I was expecting more home style food and it wasn't. The variety was really refreshing to see. The service was great and we had a really personable waitress. That's always nice. It was really clean and tidy inside including the restroom. Now the food was so so so good. I wish this little cafe was closer to home because I would visit it weekly I'm sure but unfortunately I'm an hour and a half away. read more

We had our food delivered. My husband and I couldn't figure out what we wanted I wanted a burger he wanted Chinese. They have both! We have it once sometimes twice a month and have never been let down. The bacon chucacabra fries are one my favorite appetizers, burgers are delicious and my husband loves the chicken chow mein. read more

Early supper on a weekday. Items one the menu are common cafe fare. The buffalo wings and fries were good. Very hot and fresh. Mom tried the chicken salad sandwich on rye and liked it...she said a bit too much mayo but she would order it again. She liked the onion rings. I ordered a slice of chocolate pie to go and it was good but a bit small for the price...in my opinion. Our waiter was polite and helpful. Burger cooked well and seasoned correctly . Opted for recommendation of onion rings. Hand dipped not frozen out of a box. Big and good. Club sandwich was fresh and bread toasted lightly which I like. The waitstaff (kudos to the young lady with curls) was lovely. The food was good. The PROBLEM was food delivery from the kitchen. The first meals were served in a favorable amount of time , but the plates to follow had long gaps between. The last meals was served 30 minutes after the first and the guest didn't even eat it there, as all other diners at the table were finished. This is horrible and I won't be back. I give it 3 stars because the servers were present and engaged, as though they were pleased to be there and serving the customers. Ordered the Club Sandwich. I must have asked that they not put too much meat on the sandwich (sarcasm). Have never had such an anemic Club Sandwich anywhere. Jury is out on whether or not I will give it another try. read more

Decided to try for the first time today due to so many reviews stating they had great burgers. Definitely did not disappoint! My husband had the Cowboy burger with onion rings and I had the Mushroom Swiss burger with sweet potato fries. His only complaint was the bacon was a little tough...looked to be thick cut, so not sure I would consider that a complaint. Lol. His burger was loaded with plenty of toppings and flavor. Wish I would've taken a picture. Onion rings were nicely breaded, not too much breading and they didn't fall apart. Seasoned nicely as well. My mushroom Swiss burger definitely wasn't lacking in toppings. Lots of mushrooms and cheese! I had to finish every sweet potato fry due to them being so good! Not greasy at all, at the same time had a nice crispy outside texture along with being soft & tasty on the inside. Service was great and greeted us promptly. We also chose to try the fried pickles for an appetizer, other than a little greasy they were great! Very hot & fresh along with it being a large portion of them. Served with ranch for dipping. Very good! Everything was really good and I can't wait to return to try something different, as there is a nice variety on the menu. The location is really unique and interesting, you won't be disappointed. Very old building with an interesting history. The floors seem to be original wood that creaks when you walk across. Huge wooden floor to ceiling posts around. Not to mention if you go at the right time, there are other little shops & boutiques to visit. Definitely not a place to pass up! I really hope I can give a better review in the future. I've been bugging my husband about coming here since day one of their opening. I've seen the pictures of the food and was really excited. So tonight was the night. I realize they were busy...BUT...we were seated, and then a few minutes later, another table was seated, and a few minutes later, another was seated. The last table seated was first to have their drink orders taken and received. They also had their food orders taken first and were done eating by the time our drinks were delivered. We FINALLY got our food, and my burger and onion rings were good. My husband ordered a hamburger steak medium and french fries. His hamburger steak was a hockey puck (way over cooked), and his fries were undercooked. He couldn't really each much of it. Our server was sweet and very apologetic, but EXTREMELY overwhelmed. I tried not to say too much, but we were frustrated. Also, if you are handicapped just know the building is not very handicapped friendly. read more
