He replied that his truck was not running and I would have to find a way to pick them up. Now my contractor has to hook up a trailer to his van so that he can pick them up for me. I think that if one spends that much money on vanities the company should at least deliver them. This is not my contractor's job and he is doing it because he's a nice guy). When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.
