Wow I came to sell watches twice and was told no or a very low offer. I have bought from Tourneau 10 watches!!! Spent so much on my wife.and she on me including 3 Omegas plus Hamilton and one Oris Omega and 2 Rolexes! Yet I get an email everyday to sell my Rolex. Came in brought a new Hurricane blue face to sell . Came from Miami all the way. Was told no period . Not really understanding their idea I was offered 4k before somewhere else. During 2023 I was looking for my first automatic watch. But I did not want to get any automatic watch, so my search took me to Bucherer in Bal Harbour where I was greeted by the best team. After their staff showed me all of the different models and brand of watches I was very happy to have checked this store out. I ended up buying my Omega Seamaster with Bucherer and I could not be happier. Post visit: I came back to the store on 2025 looking for a new watch as well as jewelry for a birthday/anniversary gift for my wife. Immediately, I was welcomed and asked what exactly they could help me with. Always a wonderful experience coming to the store. I am disappointed at the customer service of these stores. I've bought more than 10 watches at these stores incl Rolex Cartier and IWC. But I can't get anyone to let me know when they get a Daytona oysterflex. Apparently no loyalty to good customers read more

Came in to return a used rolex I had purchased on their website. There seems to be a disconnect between their online and physical stores as the process definitely took a bit longer than it should. Nonetheless my entire process was very pleasant and the representatives in the store were extremely respectful. I'm younger, so I'm used to not being taken seriously in fancy jewelry shops but that was not the case. Special shout out to Vladimyr and Javier (hope I'm spelling that right). This was my first time visiting the Bal Harbour location and boy am I glad I did. Vlad was courteous, engaging and attentive start the finish. I bought a watch from Tourneau, a Scuba Tech, their in house brand, in the Bal Harbour store. The band disconnected it fell off my wrist and stopped working. I brought it in and paid around 800 to get it fixed and serviced. I also paid to have it shipped to me. They sent it back and the band, which clearly shows by wear, how it fits was sized way to big. Now they tell me to go to any jeweler and ask them to resize it. Ridiculous I want a shipping label to send it back and have it properly sized and sent back to me. read more

I was looking for a Tudor watch and within one afternoon -- on July 4th, no less! -- I was able to get more information about it and order it from this location. And it was delivered within a day. From the regional director Michael to the salesperson Derek, the experience was fast, friendly, and first-rate. My experience was by phone but given how personable and knowledgeable they were from afar, I couldn't imagine it would be anything but even better in person. They get my highest recommendation -- and that's from someone who has been fortunate enough to shop for watches in many different high-end boutiques in numerous cities. I've been to many watch and jewelry stores in South Florida and this one is my favorite. The whole staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My sales rep is Xammany and she is wonderful about solid advice and deep knowledge about the watches Tourneau carries. The store is in the middle of rebranding as Bucherer and will be merged into the Rolex Boutique store soon and I'll pay a visit to see new watches and their new store soon. I have a condo in Miami and a home in Gainesville and could have chosen any dealer between Orlando and Miami to buy my watches from. For my addiction to TAG Heuer, Rolex, Tudor, Breitling and a few more that they stock, Tourneau is my go-to store. read more

I was looking for a particular watch for my wife to celebrate the birth of our second child. I called Tourneau Bal Harbour and spoke to a sales associate named Xammany. She reviewed what I was looking for and immediately sent me photos of the watches they had available. The exact watch my wife wanted was in stock. I arrived at the store a few hours later to purchase the watch and I cannot stress to you enough how well I was treated by the staff. Not only was Xammany extremely knowledgeable and personable but she truly treated me as though I was a vip client even though it was my first time in the store and the watch I was purchasing was no where near top end for their store. It was almost closing time on a Sunday evening and she spent close to an hour showing me a countless number of beautiful time pieces. All of the staff made me feel very welcome and were extremely accommodating. After purchasing many watches in luxury boutiques around the world I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that my experience at Tourneau Bal Harbour with Xammany was second to none. You can buy a watch anywhere but establishments like these and people like her are few and far between. In December of 2020, I purchased a new Cartier watch at this store. The watch I bought came with a black band. I wanted to purchase a different color band, as I did not care for the black one. Our salesperson, Maria, suggested we buy the warranty, explaining that new bands were covered. She said we would be able to get a new band in 8 weeks time. I paid for the warranty (I should have listened to my instincts...I felt the "push" to buy it was very hard, but I really did not like the band). It is now May, and I have no new band. Additionally, I am the one to reach out to the salesperson to get updates; she does not provide them without prompting. And when she does, they are not accurate (band will be in "at end of April" or "Monday." So far, nothing she has said has been accurate. Buyer beware of warranty! And if you want service, go somewhere else. read more
