They even charge $100 for " return shipping" for an address down the street (literally) in the same city. Such a scam of a place. Items don't even look like the pictures on the sites. Do not take the risk. Misleading site. Fake advertising and uncooperative horrible customer service. GREED. You're better off going to Macys at least you have a clear understanding of policies and quality and can return if you want without someone slipping in all kinds of fees. After being surprised by Josef's approximately $900 quote to replace the movement of the watch (a standard quartz movement that itself is available for sale online for ~$40) I took the watch to JR Dunn in Pompano--an authorized Tag dealer and repair shop, where Josef's is not--and was quoted less than $300 to have the entire job done, by Tag themselves, with a warranty. Shamelessly quoting 3x a certified dealer for the exact same job is outrageous.
