I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and was helped by Omar, at first we didn't kick it off. The tourneau on Long Island at Walt Whitman Mall stopped carrying Rolex so now I am starting fresh again and have to make a connection with a new sales person. I have been buying Rolexes for many years. I'm sure he's heard the same story I told him 1000 times how I just buy and keep watches. I do not flip them. A couple weeks past and to my surprise he reached out today with a couple of pieces that he thought I would be interested in. I probably could've bought them and sold them for a couple bucks more than what I paid, but I don't have the time or the energy to do that so I just declined on them and hopefully in the future he will get me one that I requested. Awful experience every time. No one ever answers phone and they don't return voicemail messages. Have had to have the strap on my watch replaced 3 times there over the past few years and every time is a circus of miscommunications, unreturned calls and "missing" orders. He says there is customer waiting behind after a brief disinterested talk.He spent 5 mins to show a after market strap and i asked if he can replace it. It would have taken 5 mins but he says technician is not here.so i asked if he can do it.he says yes but he wants to attend to new businsss behind So what the fk. I am a customer even if it is for looking at new strap. So once purchase is made you will be treated like crap. I had taken my Bell and Ross for a battery replacement. The store is just terrible, I purchased my watch at a west coast Tournaeu they found my details and said that it would be ready the same day by 3pm. I decided to pick it up a day or two later. So my watch was at the the store for two days, no word from the store figured I would pick up hoping to wear it. Upon arrival, after waiting 15 minutes, I hailed someone for the watched and they tell me they couldn't replace the battery, they don't have the tools and brushed it off. The guy just asked me to send it the Bell and Ross or go to a Manhattan shop. Tournea lost a future client today, they did not call me to inform that they couldn't do it. Update on prior review: Much respect to Jeremy at Tourneau for keeping me in mind as a serious customer. He was able to find a beautiful Rolex DJ 41 that I was not expecting but truly enjoy! Purchased a $10,000 Watch from from the store. No one ever returns call from the store. Next time I will pay a couple of hundred extra dollars to a local jeweler for the same watch. It is not worth going to Tourneau for more than $500 watch. read more

No one EVER pick up the damn phone, they can't pronounce their own store name, sales person constantly get distracted.

I brought my watch in to get cleaned and also have the clasp repaired. My receipt clearly stated that the watch was to be cleaned. Tourneau found that the clasp could't be repaired and I had them order a new clasp. After a very long while I went to pick it up and waited a long while at the store as they hadn't attached the new clasp before I arrived. Finally paid and left but when I arrived home found that the watch clearly hadn't been cleaned. Called and was told that if I came back in they would clean it for free but not worth the drive back to get it done. My problem is the inconvenience not the $35 cleaning fee. It should have been simple but the customer service here was lacking as other reviewers have noted. read more

My 23yr old Rolex stopped working (for the first time in 23 years) and I took it to Tourneau in the local shopping mall for repair. As promised, they called 10 days later with an estimate of repair - which I disputed & asked for 2nd review. Nothing happened for a month, until I called again to ask the status. No progress with my dispute, so I authorized the repairs to go ahead. A month later, a call that the repairs estimate had been revised, and asked for the approval, which I gave. 2 weeks later, the watch was ready for pick up. Very nice people to deal with at the store. Excellent service when I went to pick up, and I even took a look at other (perviously owned) Rolex watches. Overall, I was very happy, but got the impression that I was dealing with nice guys caught in the middle between Rolex and the customer. They did all they could, but I am going to probably go direct to Rolex for any repairs in the future. I will go to this store for a new strap for my IWC which has worn out. read more

My husband purchased a Cartier watch for me from this retailer for Christmas. While his intent was lovely, the watch is not. I had looked at Cartier watches in the Cartier boutique and they are different (whiter face, bluer hands, shinier metal) than the one from the Westchester Tourneau. I called Tourneau to ask about returning the watch (since it does not look - to me - the same as the Cartier store's version) and I am very unhappy with the response to date. They said I can exchange it, not return it. Apparently you can return a watch purchased from them online but not one purchased in the store!?! What is the difference in the store merchandise that you can't return it?!? What are they peddling out from the brick & mortar locations that disqualifies it from return while the same watch purchased online from them could be returned?! Seems quite sketchy. Why would I want the same disappointing watch from them in exchange at the store? The unsympathetic salesperson that took my complaint is "elevating" it to see what can be done, but his tone leaves me very concerned that I am stuck with this expensive "thing" that isn't worth wearing. read more

I strongly recommend the Tourneau Westchester Mall location. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and make an effort to develop and maintain relationships with their clients. The store director, Ernst, is a top notch gentleman and man of his word. In terms of sales associates, they are all watch enthusiasts and take great pleasure in seeing people get excited when they purchase the watch of their dreams. Specifically, Jose is a great addition to this location. His communication style and ability to follow-up with customers makes him one of the best sales representatives that I have encountered at Tourneau. Jose is very approachable and does not "force" a sale at any time during the conversation. I have taken various watches here for service. Twice now I was never notified when my watches were complete. I dropped my Bell & Ross off in November to be fixed again as it wasn't keeping time after B&R repaired it already. In February (just over 3 months to the day) I called to follow up and was told they couldn't find my watch. In all fairness I did not have my receipt at time of the call. I followed up the following day since Pablo did not call me back after I left a message for him and after being put on hold for ten minutes, I called back and worked with AnnMarie who did find the watch and told me it was at the store. She told me she was a manager so I shared that this feedback would be great to share w her team that the customer needs to called when watches are ready for pickup. She shared that it likely happened because they're "very busy." Since this is the second time it happened to me with a different watch, I shared that I'm happy they're busy but they can take one customer off their list as that reasoning is unacceptable. Do not buy a watch here and if you do, then do not have it serviced here. read more

Very disappointed by customer service. Dropped my watch off for a repair after moisture had gotten into it. About 2 months later was called to come in to pick up my repaired watch. While there, was told that the reason moisture had gotten into the watch was that the wrong crown had been put on the watch. At that point I reminded them that the crown had actually been replaced by THEIR OWN SERVICE DEPARTMENT about 1 year earlier. There was an awkward pause before they disappeared into the back again with my watch and then proceeded to explain that they would need to send the watch out again for repair. Another 2 months later, I return to the store today to pick up the watch and am charged over $400 for a repair of an issue that was caused by them in the first place. They explain that the previous employee had "mis-spoken" and that there was no record of a "wrong crown" on the watch. Last time I buy a watch from Tourneau!!! read more

Stopped in this morning to see if they had a new '13 Rolex in stock (blue & black ceramic bezel). After they told me no, that it was out of stock they didn't offer to order it for me. I then asked if they happened to have a stainless steel Daytona in stock (very rare) and was told no, that it was an annoying question to ask and that could I even afford it if they did have it in stock. I may have been wearing sweatpants and work boots but sales 101 you don't judge by looks! Worst salesman I've come across in a long long time. Wont be shopping at Tourneau Westchester Mall! read more
