Beautiful variety of jewelry but disappointing service. My husband and I visited this shop for my birthday and found some lovely items. We were pleased with our purchase but found the salesperson who helped us kept trying to upsell us with other pieces long after we had made it clear we were happy with our lot and wished to continue our day. She ran our credit card very quickly but it took forever to wrap our purchase, and it began to feel like we were being held hostage while she continued to show us more items that were not at all our style. The band on my Hublot watch lost it screws. Called around to various stores in White Plains, NY and NYC and no one had the screws or the interest to fix my watch. Contacted Manfredi, was advised to bring it in and they would check it out. Harry provided GREAT & Superior Customer service replacing my screws on my watch band and see Juliet on the sales side. I generally avoid Greenwich businesses. I like to stay local to Stamford where I feel more welcomed. This jeweler, however, is worth heading to Greenwich.
