They always responded quickly and came out when they said they would. It was very easy for me to talk to the Jonathan and crew and I was confident that understood what we were looking for. The crew was always on time, super respectful and they all worked hard to get the job done. I spoke to them and looked at their work several times during the install and I could tell they were doing things with care, addressing small issues that came up as they went and giving me the best roof possible. He arrived right on time, got out his ladder and went up on the roof. He took videos and came down to tell me he thinks my roof can go another 5 years! I was surprised because I think it's about 30 years old. He said have someone come and clean the gutters and clear the redwood droppings off and it will be ok. We are on the edge of their service area (Redwood City). We had 2 homes to do (myself and my next door neighbor). Nick was very responsive and communication was excellent. His first visit came with a preliminary assessment and a walk of the roof. He took a number of photos to show us some of the problem spots (which were included in the final proposal). He's very personable and good to work with. Mostly over email and text, we were kept up to date on status. The proposal itself was very competitively priced. Juan was in charge of the execution and had the same responsiveness and communication. They were able to start Monday and complete both homes by Thursday as the weather was good to us. They did all permitting (took a few days) and scheduled the inspections. All the work was done without us having to be present. They set up a group text for communication once the construction started - - and were very responsive to inquiries as well as keeping us up to date. Having work done on your house is never fun, but this experience is as good as it gets.

"Quality Roofing" Workmanship Warranty from the company and 2. The manufacture's - "CertainTeed Warranty" with Business Owner's signature. They are both standard warranties for any customers to get without asking from a roof company when the roof project is done. It is also very frustrating that after asking the company - "Quality Roofing" more than one month, the company is not able to provide me both warranties. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Although so far I still didn't receive both warranties from the company - Quality Roofing Top (formerly Quality Roofing), I want to recognize their roof job by adding more stars after the test of a series of winter storms.
