David and Gilbert were there every step of the project. I live in the Santa Cruz mountains and David still made the time to travel almost every day to make sure our project was running smoothly. My wife and I are first time homeowners and I feel like David did a great job addressing all our concerns including all the heavily rotted wood that needed replacing. This summer (summer 2026), we had a tree branch fall on our ADU roof and caused some shingle and underlayment damage. Top Tier provided a decent quote to come out to repair the damage. We are on the edge of their service area (Redwood City). We had 2 homes to do (myself and my next door neighbor). Nick was very responsive and communication was excellent. His first visit came with a preliminary assessment and a walk of the roof. He took a number of photos to show us some of the problem spots (which were included in the final proposal). He's very personable and good to work with. Mostly over email and text, we were kept up to date on status. The proposal itself was very competitively priced. Juan was in charge of the execution and had the same responsiveness and communication. They were able to start Monday and complete both homes by Thursday as the weather was good to us. They did all permitting (took a few days) and scheduled the inspections. All the work was done without us having to be present. They set up a group text for communication once the construction started - - and were very responsive to inquiries as well as keeping us up to date. Having work done on your house is never fun, but this experience is as good as it gets.

They are both standard warranties for any customers to get without asking from a roof company when the roof project is done. It is also very frustrating that after asking the company - "Quality Roofing" more than one month, the company is not able to provide me both warranties. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Although so far I still didn't receive both warranties from the company - Quality Roofing Top (formerly Quality Roofing), I want to recognize their roof job by adding more stars after the test of a series of winter storms.
