"Hi, thanks for coming out to inspect our roof, we'd like to move forward with all the work you recommended. They blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for the damages to my house. They blamed the gutters and they even tried to say the water damage was from the previous roof that was placed 5 years ago. I asked why they didn't fix it or at least tell me about the "water damage at the time they replaced the roof" and their response to me was "your insurance wouldn't have covered it." (That's because there was no damage when they replaced the roof) It would have been nice to know about it if it was in fact "already there". FYI my home inspector said the roof was structurally sound before the roof was replaced in February. Terrible customer service is all I can say and an expensive mistake on my part. Price and timeline were honored however my new roof leaked. I requested multiple times they repair and they refused to honor thier warrenty or repair my leaking roof. Not only did Restoration Roofing replace our roof they upgraded it and when our insurance and mortgage company decided to fight each other leaving me and my wife in the middle of it to cover costs, their manager Chris Wander walked us through the steps and was super patient to get paid on work he and his team had already done. It took 9 months before everything got settled and if I was in their shoes I don't know if I would have been able to keep cool for that long.
