This place is so unhelpful!…read more 2 weeks ago I tried to reach anyone at the store. They do not answer their phone. Tried calling many times and just get lost in automatic phone response H#LL. You are never directed to a human being at the store. I've called the minute they opened, so I can't imagine the store is completely full of customers and they are unable to answer calls. I eventually got redirected to the main headquarters. My Dad drove in person hoping someone would speak to him. Verizon had mistakenly sent him some equipment. The store took the items back but refused to stop billing him for these items. They won't help him reset his PIN and therefore that is the excuse to keep charging him for services that he doesn't use. SHAMEFUL!!!!

I called to do so and was informed in order to keep my modem and the account open, I now needed to give them an extra $300.00 a year. I was finally forced into a $20.00 month plan so I could keep my service. You lied! Also your social media staff should be fired since the last pertinent post on FB was February, 2023. Horrible, worst of the worst Cannot go 24 hours without some sort of service issues (no TV, slow…read moreinternet). I was paying for a faster internet service, but had to cut back to "standard" service after their last rate hike was too much. Guess what!!!! Standard service is just as fast as the higher priced "faster" service. I'm not the only one to catch this shit. Service goes down more than Linda Lovelace! Am posting this at 2:30PM without Television service since 8:10AM today without sort of explanation or what is being done to correct it. Do think these p****s will give us any reimbursement - HELL NO!!!!!
