Seems reasonable and worth it. However, communication is spotty. The only way I can get a hold of someone is through email and when I asked him not to come, he came anyway. I asked him again not to come until September as my small lawn just isn't growing. Well, I got an invoice from the service they were asked to skip and an argument over email for hours on a Sunday morning asking me to prove I didn't want them to come. Ultimately, I will move on to a different service. I paid every invoice, in full on time and the history of the relationship should be taken into account. Good customer service goes a long way.

My gate is falling apart and I will say this, I shouldn't have had him build it as he had to talk to friends to find out how to do it. And of course now it's all falling apart, was built with the cheapest wood and would have used tiny hinges had I not noticed and went to buy the ones you actual need on a gate. Nice guy but I WASTED a lot of money to have this be the end result.

I was also impressed that they tried to be considerate of our neighbors who we share a driveway with. In order to access our yard they had to park right in front of our neighbors garage, blocking them in, so they pulled out all of their equipment and then moved their truck down the hill and out of the way. They got the job done quick, were happy to answer some questions I had over the phone the next day and were just generally very easy to work with.
