The shopkeeper came out with a sandwich board and told the people that they had to move down the sidewalk so that he could put out his signage. He was not conducting business during the parade. He was just out there, puffing on his cigar. Why couldn't he have waited until after the parade was over to put out his signage that advertised cheap cigarettes boxes?!

Not surprising, as Brenham usually provides warm conversation whenever folks are out for a drink. There is also beer, sodas, and other beverages in the cooler. I tried the hypnotic during happy hour and it was pretty strong. I've tried almost all the flavors, but green apple rita is my favorite. A medium is $6 and a large is $8. The large usually get me right. Half a gallon is $20, gallons are $40, candy is about $2, and jello shots are 50¢. I tried the big shots in the tube, but it's mainly water based. The place is located in the back of the parking lot and it looks like a storage house, but I'm not mad at it. The inside is clean and the owner is real cool. There's a jukebox inside, but it's $1 per song.
