But I want to support local retail business, and because of these amazing people I am often come to the shop to order now. They always have so much patience with me, even sometimes when the order arrived, that wasn't I expected I didn't want it. They never make me feel like I was too much work. My husband has a favorite and worn pair that he's brought here several times and the seamstress always finds a way to fix them up. Will not replace studs on $80 jeans after 30 days. Other Buckles have in the past. Polite but was not interested in any after sales service. The Mgr. (Ryan?) would not lift up a phone to help me - said that since I did not have the receipt I could have gotten them at another The Buckle store or Cavenders. My gosh, I was not asking for a refund or exchange I just wanted to have a stud put back on a pair of Miss Me Jeans. Usually my family has a great experience at The Buckle, but not this store. I go to this store from time to time since it is very close to my home. Nice cozy location right in the back side of Fairview shopping center. Went there yesterday for a pair of Jeans. Hannah was helping me to try on different styles and sizes. She was very patience. well, the pair i bought was the only one I decided not to try it on (for a guy, it is such PIA to try clothes, just don't have patience). This store has terrible customer service. We first brought back some jeans that needed to be sown but it wasn't sown like the last pair that we showed them so the communication skills are even more terrible because we never got a call when they were done like they said they would. So we had to leave them there again and they didn't patch them up the right way or at all because the seamstress wasn't there. read more

Ryan the manager goes out of his way to provide the best stand alone customer service I have ever experienced. He will do his best to get you in the clothes that undoubtedly make you look and feel great. Haley rocks too!! I am completely disappointed. I've been shopping at this store for several years. Before that, I shopped at the store at Collin Creek Mall in Plano. I will preface this by saying that most of my closet and dresser filled with items purchased at Buckle. On any given day, you'll probably find me wearing something from Buckle. In the past, I have always been told that if I ever had a problem with anything just to bring it back and they would exchange it for me. Today, I decided to take two shirts in for exchange that had issues with the seams under the arms shortly after purchase. When I arrived at the store, I dropped the items off with the manager. I then spent a fair amount of time shopping for new shirts, shorts, and jewelry. When I got done trying on items and went to the checkout counter, I asked if they were providing me with a one for one exchange or a dollar amount. The clerk told me that I would be credited for the sale amount on the damaged items. This amount was much less than I had previously paid. Plus, I wanted to exchange the item for a like item and was not looking for a refund. The manager proceeded to tow the company line and give me a new story about how after 60 days blah blah blah, but that they would make an exception for me this one time. Based on what I had been told with my thousands upon thousands of dollars of previous purchases, this should not have been a one time exception but simply honoring promises that were made before. The previous two store managers had told me the same thing about how they would exchange or fix any issue with any item in the future. When I was initially told this, I thought it was such an awesome customer service stance that I decided this was a company that I wanted to do business with. However, their promises proved to be papier-mâché. Taking care of me had now become the exception to the rule rather than following through on their word. I am not sure if this is the corporate policy or if this was simply the local store manager, but I feel like they made big promises to get the sale on the front end and wanted to make excuses on the backend. Am completely unimpressed with this, feel like I was shorted on their original promises, and do not know if I want to do business with this company, this location in particular, ever again. I don't mean to get ticked off so easily over something, but I have spent a lot of money with this store and it feels like they don't want to honor the promises of customer service that they made to me in the past. I'm not sure why, but even after being treated like this, I spent about $1000 today. I'm considering returning everything in making my purchases elsewhere. I will say that the young man that helped me out with my new items was very helpful, as are all of their associates when I'm shopping for new items. But the rubber meets the road when you have a return or an issue with an item purchased, and this is where Buckle has completely failed. read more

LOOOVE this location!! It's bigger than others and from my experience, the employees are much more genuine. They know me by name when I come in and they start setting up a dressing room for me as soon as I walk in. Tiffany, Ryan, Jarod and Ariel are always so sweet and they even remember my sizes! I shop here 50% because the clothes are adorable and 50% because the atmosphere makes me feel so comfortable and pampered. I used to live 30 mins away and I would still make the drive to this location. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more
