Customer support will not price adjust for in-store purchases, because they "don't have access to in-store purchase data". Are you sure? That doesn't seem to create a positive customer experience. What cost me $186 in store today could easily cost me $76 less online. Adding insult to injury, I went in-store to avoid the piecemeal shipping experience Torrid offers for online purchases. Yes, I sure could return my purchase to the store, and buy everything online, but I don't have the time or patience to wait for one shirt to show up and two pairs of pants to follow. That aside, I will say that the ladies running the show at the Tamarack Village shop were phenomenal today. I'm not upset with them. At least 2 employees acknowledged me, however they did not speak to me. I typically have the best customer service experiences in a Torrid - I was shopping for a Lizzo concert outfit!
