I am getting married soon and looking for a gown for my welcome party. I browsed for about 20 minutes before someone approached me. She started a room for me and I continued browsing. Not once was it mentioned to me that I could not look at the bridal gowns on the back wall. I grabbed a dress off the back wall and was very rudely approached and told I could not take gowns off that rack and I needed an appointment. This is fine, but the worker acted like I was committing a crime and was extremely rude and unprofessional the way she approached me. There were no signs about needing an appointment or not removing gowns from the back rack. Sales associate with black rimmed glasses and short dark bob. will not be returning.

I also looked around and found 100 dog cleaning wipes for $6. This month is my birthday month but I forgot to sign up online. Birthday month customers get $10 off. This store is so ridiculously overpriced also. The cashier was nice. Mainly clothes, shoes, purses and skin and hair care items. I almost bought a handheld luggage scale for $14.97. Had a good number of trousers, leather jackets, jeans, cashmere sweaters, skirts, and a variety of shirts. Not so many dresses, unfortunately. I got a lovely knitted silk shirt for $36. There are 3 changing rooms in the back and the staff were very lovely. It is located in downtown, so you'll likely have to pay for parking.

Items here are mostly store overstock and returns so item quality and variety can be a mixed bag. Most items are in fairly good, almost new condition though. I don't come here to find the staples, instead I stop about once a week to see what deals I might find. You never know what you might find which always makes it an adventure and surprise!
