The corned beef hoagie at Marinucci's Deli is incomparable. It is layered with paper thin slices that are rich but never heavy. The dressing is balanced, the coleslaw adds a nice tang, and the shredded lettuce brings a fresh crunch that ties it all together. That's not enough. If you're from Philly you know that none of the above matters if your bread sucks. Well... Marinucci's offers seeded and unseeded rolls that are incredible. Please join me in thanking baby Buddha for this crusty, chewy yet fluffy vessel of perfection. The hoagie is massive, about the length of two of my hands long, and consistently excellent from first bite to last. When I first unrolled the hoagie my immediate thoughts were that I would never finish this in one sitting. I was right but you do you boo. The service matches the quality. It is an old school deli line that moves fast, with orders handled quickly and accurately even during a rush. Key word is ACCURATELY.
