Finally, we stumbled upon Hatboro Lumber, which is an old-fashioned lumberyard that provides old-fashioned quality service. They will cut wood and laminated products to order (try getting that service at Lowe's or Home Depot) and the fee per cut is surprisingly reasonable. Hatboro also stocks mahogany and other furniture-grade woods. All of the employees are super helpful. Hatboro lumber is a huge asset to the neighborhood and community.

He took his work shirt off and asked to fight me after his shift at 4pm. What a clown! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! From start to finish working with Cosmos was a breeze. I can't tell you how many pieces of Quartz I pulled out and how many hours we were there trying to decide. Regardless, they answered every question and had patience and understanding. George came out to do the measurements/template and answered all our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to explain why and where seams were needed. Two gentlemen came out today to install the Quartz and they were very polite and fast! They knew exactly what they were doing and communicated everything which is exactly what you expect from a company. We are so happy with the end results and that we went with Cosmos for our countertops. Some of the negative reviews sound more like a customer issue then a service issue. I highly recommend Cosmos and can't wait to use them for all three bathroom renovations.

If asked, they will advise you of any evident flaws they see in a particular slab you might be interested in. If you don't find just what you are looking for in Phila, MSI also has a (I assume larger) facility in Edison NJ. MSI is the supplier of stone for many of the stone fabricators in and around Philadelphia, so you might as well go here first for the best selection. You can use their web page to look through actual photos of most of the slabs they have in stock, and the photos are clearer than most of the similar photo websites that other stone providers have. I am an actual customer, who has visited 5 other large stone suppliers, and this place is the best I've found.

We have to agree. I went to other places that did not have the selection MSI has. Not only that, but the sales people were warm and friendly and very helpful and informative. The only thing they couldn't do was give us a quote for the price of the stone slabs we liked, so we could tell if we were within our budget or not. Your fabricator is the one who gives you the price for the slabs. Our customer service representative at MSI made sure she/they got our fabricator the information they needed in a timely fashion. We worked with Melissa, who was absolutely amazing!! We felt she had our backs for holding the slabs we chose for us while we got our pricing and made our final decision. We came back to see our selections, and she was able to have someone move the slabs o be able to see all three slabs we were choosing, so there would be no surprises when they arrived at our fabricator. All in all, even though the drive was almost 4 hours each way, it was a wonderful experience. My husband and I would highly recommend MSI Surfaces in Hatboro PA to anyone interested in selecting natural stone or quartz. They also have a huge showroom of tile and flooring to choose from to go with your countertop selections.
