Everyone coming in the door formed a line, when I was next up a random girl that came in after me and decided to relax on a bench decided she was next instead. So it turned into a weird dynamic and the people that worked there were super confused and just randomly determined she was next. They were actually super rude about it as well. Then when I was walking out to my car she and her boyfriend screamed and harassed me in the parking lot. It was over all just a really strange experience. I decided to try out the stores order online feature, because the flu season is here. The site has the prices mislabeled, I am still confused on the prices labeled on the site, and what the discounts on the left mean, or when the 15 % off for ordering online takes effect.. When I got to the store the bud tender tried charging me a different amount than the amount I thought I would pay according to the online order, the bud tender told me I was wrong... I had to ask to talk to another bud tender to show them my online order and get the situation resolved. Moved here from Seattle and have been happy with both the daily deals and the seasonal deals. Variety and quality are pretty great and they keep a stock of regulars if you love consistency. Complete scam for a business!!! So my bf bought a half oz 2 days ago, then today went to buy a half oz of the same kind, they were out so the employee had to give him 4 1/8 ozs, and he got charged almost double the price & didn't realize it until he got home 10 min later and called to asked what the problem was that happened because he got told he would get the same price since the store was out. He got told that the employee must have made a mistake but can't do anything about it now, and it doesn't matter anyway because the buds in the 1/8ths are "better" buds then what is in the 1/2 oz containers so that's why it cost more!??! Lots of better choices in the Olympia area. Used to love Green Lady a few years ago, but the quality of customer service is TRASH now and has been over the last few months. The selection of product is the worst. Go somewhere else. Budtenders recommend the same weed every time. Door lady slammed the door on me. Yelled to get I.D out and was very rude. When it comes to this world I am very much a noob. I only started enjoying THC in the last 3 years. I would say that this is a very noob friendly spot. The cashiers are super helpful and good with explaining what you are looking to grab. A great example is when I went to grab some pioneer squares they recommended that I take it super slow. This was not my first purchase of edibles, but I appreciate the recommendation/concern. The one slight I have against this place is they dont have cheap starter pipes. I personally didnt want to spend over $20 on my first pipe because I didnt know how I would enjoy smoking vs eating. Overall prices seem fair the staff is cool and I like visiting. read more
