My car was taken over to this shop by Bud Clary Hyundai for warranty paint work. They had it for just over 2 weeks and when it was returned to me it was damaged, dirty, the back hatch did not open and there was a gray streak through my new paint that could not be rubbed or wipped off. Ohhhh, and a little over $4 in change was missing from my change cubby. I informed the dealership before I took it home and they took a video of the damage. In the mean time my husband called the Bud Clary Paint and Collission Center and was told by Sky to bring it in the next morning. When my husband arrived they looked at my car and the damage and said it was already chipped because rust was present and they had it inside the whole time. They reprogrammed my hatch so it would open and gave my husband some touch up paint to fix the chips. When he came home and informed me of what happened I immediately took my car to another body repair shop. I showed them my chips and did NOT tell them where it had been. I simply said, "I just noticed these chips and had no clue how or when it had happened." He looked at the chips, took pictures and told me they were very recent ,within a couple of weeks recent and most likely from my seatbelt buckle being slammed between the door frame. , . He said you can tell by the edges of the chips, he showed me how my chips have clear crisp edges and if they had been any older the edges would have begun to wear. He said rust would begin immediately because the chip is clear to the metal of the car. I said, even if it was housed inside our shop and he said, "Sure. shops and garages have moisture and humidity in them too. Long story short rt... I KNOW these chips were NOT THERE. I am OCD and washed that car every weekend from the time I had acquired it 3 weeks prior and I wipe the inside of the frames down everytime. The people I got the car from have verified those chipcs were not there also. This shop damaged my car and are now trying to get out of repairing what I one of their employees did. THIS IS NOT OVER! Diane at the front desk was so helpful. When I called, she got me in for an estimate the next day. Sky was amazing. He looked at my cars spoiler which was loose and determined it just needed a couple of bolts and had it fixed right then! I was in an and out of the shop in 22 minutes. They charged me nothing! They have went down hill in quality work and my is insurance company has flagged them for a horrible experience and will not be recommending them to their clients. It not only happened to my car but my truck as well. I've returned my car twice for their lack of quality and caked bondo where it cracked twice and now they don't guarantee there work that was already paid for by my insurance company and they made us pay again. My insurance company is investigating them for fraud and my truck will be returning to a different shop to finish up what they said they did. There is still a visible dent! This last winter I took my truck in for a collision that occurred. Dealing with insurance is a pain as anyone would know who has dealt with it. Got an estimate from Bud Clary P&C. The listed a bunch of stuff that needed to be fixed. Sent the estimate off to insurance. After I got my truck back a bunch of things they said needed to be changed they never did. There is more that needed fixed or changed that they said they would and didn't. I could have done it all myself for less. They still have parts they were suppose to get to me and haven't. They are dishonest and would NEVER suggest them to anyone. Go somewhere else! They will scam your insurance company to get more money and do less work. read more

Horrible shop, completely unprofessional.the hood didnt line up, paint didnt match. They never addressed a few things and just left parts off. The stereo stopped working while it was in their shop, they refused to look at it, but happy to bill the insurance. read more

I had a very poor experience with Bud Clary Collision and Repair. The repairs took much longer than expected and when I picked up my vehicle, the battery was dead. Staff did not provide any explanation and said it had been malfunctioning the entire time, yet had not provided me any notice. The manager said it was safe to drive home, but would most likely die again after turning the car off. Very grateful to my insurance company who helped get a new battery installed as soon as possible. This was a ridiculous process and would recommend other customers to go anywhere else for repairs. read more

Went with my fiancé to get an estimate for some damage on his car at bud clary collision center earlier, we were both very displeased with the service. The woman who helped us, Rebecca, smelled strongly of marijuana and her eyes were very red, we both believe she was very high on drugs while helping him. On top of that she was very rude throughout the whole experience. I don't know what kind of company allows employees like that to work for them when they are supposed to be upstanding and trustworthy places in the community, we will definitely never be taking any of our vehicles to bud clary's for anything. read more

I had a great experience with Bud Clary Body Shop. I was in an unfortunate accident which is enough to deal with and my insurance sent me here. On top of the accident, my car had some other unexpected issues. The staff at the shop were so accommodating and able to help me through everything. My car is perfect again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

jim s. seems a bit over the top but i have to agree that they are horrible and are much more expensive than any other place in town and they do not do a good job. I had to take my car to another shop up north to finally get things fixed that they were paid to do and did not. Two of the employees there simply excused the lack of proper work to my truck by saying that the company owners do not care and hire only low paid incompetent employees. Sadly from my experience i am more willing to believe this is true. So if you have a choice to go anywhere else it is worth the risk as this shop will lie cheat and steal you blind. read more

I am only giving one start because it is required to give a review. This is the worst place to take your vehicle to for anything. do not go here even to ask questions for auto body work it is that bad. The manager is never seemingly around and the second guy in charge is the biggest @ss wipe. the damage they caused to my car was unreal. it was better before i brought it to them. they lied to me about doing some of the work that was supposed to be done and then gave me nothing but excuses and lies blaming everyone including the insurance company. I had to go to dick hannah in Vancouver to get my car fixed correctly finally.Run away from these people. Used to be a good company here in town but it has just turned to crap. take your car out of town if these idiots are your only local option. read more
