Contrarily, my local car wash operates on a more traditional model where I would have to get a ticket, step inside and wait while watching my truck get cleaned. Given my newfound appreciation for the modern, convenient system at Byram Car Wash, I can only see myself returning to my local car wash if they update their operations. car wash ripped my rear wiper off. they said suoervisor said it was broken already. I spoke with supervisor at tome od oncodent and adterward and he confirmed he did not say that and yes he did recover a fully intact wiper unit in the washway. it ripoed it off fatally damaging spring so i needed a new piece. they denied everything . and had video to see it was intact going in....doesnt have mat cleaner and poor air blow tool for inside car.Im taking my 2 cars elsewhere for sure wash reaults fair at best for most times using the byram car wash. read more

We have two cars as part of the family membership service and the quality of the experience has gone down hill since the moment we bought in. What should be a quick experience with excellent value has turned into a chaotic fight every time we try to go. The main issue is the line management getting cars into the gates and then queued up for wash. It's a high volume car wash, but the staff is ill equipped to handle said volume and I've only seen one person with a brain moving cars along, the rest just lackadaisically mope around while three lanes try to squeeze into two then into one in a very short distance. ive been going to this car wash for at least 10 years. I got my truck washed today and the guy wiping my truck off smacked the rear window of my truck and shattered it. The only saving grace was that I have a custom rear window sticker that kept it together. When I told the management about it, they said it was already like that. i dont appreciate being called a liar, I will never go back there again and suggest that no one else does also. read more

Customers beware...If you want your driver side view mirror to be torn off then please go to this car wash. The car wash tore off my driver side mirror which shattered and completely fell off. I could not drive home and had to have someone drive to car wash to tape the mirror just to get car back home. No one at car wash offered any help! I had 1 week of no car while waiting for my driver side view mirror to come in and spent $266 on it and time installing. The tone of the emails from your establishment has been no fault, no remorse and blame that I had "faulty" equipment. My car is a 2022 with no scratch and pristine shape with less than 30.0K mileage. The comment saying it was my cars fault and your staff didn't turn in the mirror had nothing to do with it is absurd. There has been no accommodation or concern which is disheartening. We had 2 cars on 2 different accounts at $26.60 each monthly for years. This is $372.40 x 2 =$744.80 and no offer or apology for the mirror damage caused $266 There will be no more recommendations of your Car Wash. I have the pictures to prove what happened. read more

Very unhappy. Paid for the Platinum+ service ($24). After the car went through, guys outside wiped the car down. There were no vacuum spots open, so I just left and figured I'd vacuum at home. Well, the car was still filthy. Passenger side didn't even look like it went through a car wash. All of the wheels were still filthy with brake dust still there. Just not sure how soemone can own or manage a place and be happy with these results they provide to customers. I know why the vacuum spots were all being used - everyone has to wash their car by hand when they are done going through the car "wash"...Best going to Roxbury from now on. Be aware their equipment will scratch your paint. I have a membership for unlimited washes and use the car wash once or twice a week. On 10/2/23 I brought my Suburban in for a Silver membership wash. Following the wash, I noticed several paint scratches on the hood and roof. Of course they denied any responsibility because as they claim it never happens. I tried this car wash for the first time a couple of weeks ago and honestly I was very disappointed. Prices are pretty expensive only for a wash, windows and inside interior not being cleaned...$20 for a simple car wash with wax? Seriously??? I think it's pretty expensive. I am disputing a $40.46 charge on my bank account. I paid for 2 washes in December and little did I know that by doing such: they automatically enrolled me in a recurring plan. The attendant did not, I repeat did not tell me that I was now enrolling in this monthly plan. The Car Wash disputes this and I wonder how many people get sucked into scam. I like Byram Car Wash and have been going there for years but I don't like getting ripped off. I have emailed Byram Car Wash asking for a credit and no response. The car wash itself is quite good. I left with my Audi Q5 2020 looking clean, however, during my last visit there, unfortunately the front bumper of my car was severely damaged and needed to be replaced to the tune of $3,600. When I reached out to let them know, they claimed they were not responsible for any damages. I just wanted people to be aware that this could possibly occur to their vehicle as well. After this experience, I will be bringing my car to either brushless car wash center or have it hand washed. read more

This car wash is outstanding. They do a really good job with a lot of soap, water, as well as the pre-wash effort that is put in. The car comes out very clean and spotless. There are multiple workers wiping down the car as it exits. I have 2 monthly unlimited car wash memberships and very satisfied with the value and work. I have used them for years and very happy. In the last year some of the staff is getting lax. They arent drying the front of the car and recently they arent spraying the front tires before it enters the wash. This has happened since different associates are at the start of the process. Although the car wash facilities and the people working there are good, be very careful about subscribing to their monthly unlimited plans. I have been attempting to cancel my plan, which costs $40.46 per month, for over a month now and they will simply not comply and continue to charge my credit card. I have disputed their charge with the credit card company and sent the credit card company all of the written documentation. Make sure you have your attempts at cancellation in writing, you'll probably need them. read more

I went to this carwash last February. It was extremely busy. and some kid was helping people with the credit card machine for payment. He said Pay for a month of unlimited car washes for 26.60. I noticed after the month, they continued to hit my account. I called to tell them they were not authorized and to stop. They have made 7 unauthorized deductions from my account even after I called them to say they had no authorization. I never signed anything stating they could hit my account monthly . So I drove into the carwash and the rep on the intercom told me about the different services and said if you do the $20 one we'll give you a decal and you can come back and get carwashes at discounted rates. A month later I see a $40 charge on my credit card! No one told me anything about a $40 recurring monthly charge as part of that service! I changed my 5 star to a 2 star because back in February during the snowy month I went to have my car cleaned, it was very busy and the gentleman that works there came up to my car and asked me what package I was looking to have done. I wanted the $15 one and he told me that if I paid $1 more I could get unlimited washes for the month. It seemed like a no brainer. He then proceeded to punch it in on the screen, took my card and inserted it and told me I was good to go. Well the month was up and the next thing I know $32 was taken out of my account without my consent. I immediately went online to their website and filled out a cancelation request and explained what happened and that I never agreed to a monthly service for $32. Well I never heard back from them and just assumed that it was canceled and had to take the loss of $32. Now April comes and I see I was charged another $32! At this point I'm upset! $64 and I hadn't been there since February! I call the carwash and the voicemail said to email them which I did. I explained the situation and asked for them to cancel the monthly service and that I wanted a refund since I never consented to any of this. They wrote back that they canceled it and that was it. They completely ignored the fact that I was asking for a refund. I sent them another email specifically asking for my money back with an attached screenshot of the cancelation form I filled out back in March online. They are now ignoring my emails! To say I'm furious is an understatement! I will never go back there again after this! Terrible customer service! So if a worker comes up to your car and attempts to input anything on the screen, do not let him because chances are you'll probably be paying for something that you never wanted! read more

Byrum Car Wash is cheaper than most, $10 silver pkg. which includes outside, undercarriage and spray wax for a midsize SUV. I believe it's only $6.00 for just outside wash. They are always very nice and do a good job drying. Also, there are plenty of great vacuums for only $1.00 which is enough time to do my entire SUV including the cargo area. I almost hate writing this review because they aren't busy and I would like to keep it that way. Now they sell monthly packages allowing you to go as often as wanted during a month. I purchased the 10.00 special and pd1.00 more to use car wash for a month with ash ever day if i wanted. All was ok for 2 week and then today sat the12th. The line was not really long i pulled in and went t the far rt gate. Well i sat there and sat there and people to the left moved in and far left moved in to get car wash. I saw people get off of 206 pull in and get washed before me. At least 7 cars and 2 trucks .The women directing traffic actually took someones payment with iPad put sticker on car and they went thru and yes i sat there. I have a new Nissan Rogue. The amount of scratches is unbelievable. People don't realize that the dirt that is washed off of cars imbeds in the felt bristles and is never washed out. These partials then leave many scratches on the next car especially on rounded corners. Tried to discuss this with the manager but he became a real DICK to talk to. Look for scratches and you will find them. Never again. I give them a -100. read more

I joined the monthly service plan at the silver level of 26.60 per month. In early June, I had to have my windshield replaced. When I visited, I again, I had to purchase a new barcode, and the employee informed me that the old barcode/account had been deactivated. Bottom line is: they doh or charged my card for June and July, and after much back and forth providing banks records, photographs and the like, they still refused to refund my overpayment. The car was was advertising a monthly car wash pass ($19) and the very nice attendant noted that it was a significant savings and encouraged me to buy it. I told him that I was about to go on a 3 week vacation & he said, "no problem, suspend it online and you can start using it when you get back". So I bought it and immediately suspended it online. However, when I returned from vacation and went to activate it I was told that it had expired and that I needed to re-swipe my credit card & would be charged another $19. When I protested I was told to email the management company. They confirmed that since the month I had bought it in had passed I would have to pay a 2nd time. I had a similar experience as another reviewer, and I'm very disappointed. I was a regular customer of Byram Car Wash for a couple of years with a monthly account. The guys were always friendly and did a good job- UNTIL last week when my car came out wit a huge scrape on the painted bumber. I'm a fanatic about my car and I always check it in parking lots, etc. I am positive it happened there. You can even see the shape off the scratch is evenly jagged as if something shaking or rotating caused it. The manager suddenly got beligerent and pointed out other cars and said, "Do you see that scratch on any other car?? You can call the owner but that's what he'll say." Rude attendents...poor customer service. The carwash itself is high quality the humans that work there are at times careless. We all are capable of making mistakes. A drying attendant may have accidently scratched my car ... not sure ... Don t really care...I requested that the person who appeared to be the manager request that his staff be more careful...instead of him saying yes I will...thank you for your business...he responded with ... we don't scratch cars...that is the intent I'm sure...this man was very rude and turned me away from their carwash...very bizarre ... ironically I have been a customer for quite a long time...just one concern and I get treated as though I'm some kind ungrateful consumer.
