My experience with this location on a Saturday afternoon was surprisingly pleasant. I opted for the platinum service. Waited about 5-7 mins due to a few cars ahead of me. The guy who took my service request was one of the workers and not the creepy 30something guy. They did a great job. The team that did the final detail took their time and cleaned every nook and cranny. I had no white streaks. They never rushed like other car washes. I would come back here again. The only negative was the pregnant lady at checkout who was cutting her nails with a scissors while taking my payment. Her nail clippings were shooting my direction. Pretty disgusting. I dont know why I keep going back here. I gave it another shot today. The wait wasn't so bad. However, when I got my car back they scratched my console and it didn't even look like anything was wiped down and cleaned inside. To be fair the outside looked very good and the windows were done very cleanly and clearly with no streaks however, the inside had dog hair and debris and my mats were still salt covered. I brought the car they're fairly clean as it is new and only has 4000 miles on it. I keep the interior clear of property and things that would be in the way when I take it to the wash. So when I give them a clean car I expect the little items that need to be cleaned up would be vacuumed and wipe down. read more

Experience started with us waiting w/6 cars in front of us... which I didn't mind cause I had time... but I should have known better!! They hurried through the wash and I was super disappointed in the end product. The windows were dirty, and the car had streaks of where the water had run down. I would have complained there and than but there was a line again and I did not have the patience to wait in it again just to probably be disappointed with another rushed job. This place used to do a great job. Today I went and I paid 32 dollars for the gold wash, after waiting in a long line I was the next one up and they let an suv drive around and cut the entire line, the soap stopped working before my truck got through so only half of my truck was soaped, the undercarriage wash went off while my truck was stopped so they could figure out the soap issue, so by the time it went through the vehicle did not get the undercarriage wash. There was a man who works there smoking in the bathroom who proceeded to get in my vehicle directly after and when all was said and done the interior of my car got no wipe down, still dust covered areas, finger prints and marks, my car on the inside is dirtier than it was before it got washed. Not sure what I paid 32 dollars for. It's impossible to find a good car wash anymore. Won't be going here again. read more

Terrible! Waited about 35 min told the guy what we wanted which included interior vacuum. Pretty sure they didn't touch a thing inside. They charged an extra $2 for an suv on top of the price increase. The car came out covered in soap and they just gave it a quick wipe down. I even asked the guy if he could wipe the mirrors and he didn't understand what I was saying. By the time I got home the car was just covered in dry soap and looked terrible. I spent about 15 min trying to wipe it down. I'll never go back, I've gotten better car washes from the high school fund raisers. read more

One of the only car washes in town. On the weekends the line to have your vehicle washed is usually greater than 20-30 minutes. There is a man there that come to your window smoking a cigarette that gives you your ticket for the wash. He usually tries to pressure you into purchasing a higher priced wash. Once your vehicle is through the wash the team that dries it and cleans your windows smokes inside your car. Prices are high for the services you receive. read more

Update: use to love this place but after a number of times going and not getting all the services I pay for I've stopped. To be honest, no matter what level service you pay for, they do the same cleaning to your car. It really is a shame. I get my car washed here every couple of weeks. They always begin with vacuuming it out and they usually do a great job. I have a child who makes a mess in the back seat so everything is always clean. Then they hand wash and hand dry the car. I usually opt for the gold package so my tires get shined, windows cleaned, door jams cleaned and my dashboard is cleaned and dressed. I'm not really sure what else people are looking for honestly. My only issue is that sometimes there is sales person who does try to sell you a service but just stick to your guns and if you want to know what is provided at each level service ask and don't let them off the me hook until he or she explains everything. A routine car wash turned into a $200 nightmare. I visited this establishment on 2/10/19 after receiving an oil change next door. My car entered in perfect condition but exited missing the mounding between the back windshield & cargo area. I immediately notified one of the workers. They allegedly went and looked for it and came back with nothing. I then proceed to ask for the manager "Morad" he tells me the same thing. I will be contacting the general manager as well as the owner as well. This place gives me the creeps. Specifically the guy who seems to be the manager(?). He is the 30-something man who takes your order when you pull up. There is something about him that just seems off. I saw one of his associates hit an employee. Twice. And the ladies who work the front desk seem to hate their job. Basically I think this place is a chance for the managers/owners to get rich off of their workers' backs. The cleaning job is mediocre. Wanted to like this place more since it is so convenient. I went today to get the hand car wash. I made sure that I removed all unnecessary things in my SUV. The two who washed the exterior did a good job but missed the parking mark on my tires. Other than that it was an OK job. There were three who did the interior. When I got home I found that the quick job done on the floor mats left enough dirt that I stopped and vacuumed them myself. I also had to go over the interior myself to complete the cleaning. The place only had three cars before me and two came in after so there was no excuse for me having to complete their work. i would give this shit hole 0 stars if i could. we took the car to this car wash (which we've been to many times before) after a day at the beach. my husband paid an extra $10 for the leather seats to be done. so $63 for a car wash unreal. wouldn't have minded paying if they actually cleaned the car. they didn't rub in polish on the interior so it was slippery with smudges everywhere. the carpets and seats were barely even vacuumed. giant cheerios and hair left under the carpeting. When I called to ask what They actually cleaned I was met with a very pompous attitude. He asked why my husband didn't say anything when he got the car back and I said probably because he paid $63 he assumed that it was done right the first time it was also dark and he could not see until he got home and went over the car. The owner would not even meet us halfway and only charge us for just the exterior. He's a terrible businessman. On a sidenote my father had just taken his car to be washed there as well and was charged $53 for the ultimate car wash and basically received the same type of service. The wheels that were supposed to be done now look like they have a gross white film paint left all over them. He also did not realize they put some type of wax on the windshield. Today was the first time he had to drive his car in the rain and when you turn the windshield wipers on the water mixed with the wax in the windshield wipers spread it all over the front of the car so he couldn't see. As some of the other posters have mentioned, this place is terrible. After spending 24$ to get a Tacoma washed you would think that they would do a decent job. They seem to spend forever at the end drying your vehicle and cleaning the glass but what they are really doing is smearing dirty rags all over your dash and windshield. After I got home I had to re do all their work with the proper supplies and wax my vehicle. If your looking for a quality wash job this place is not it. I would also venture to guess the swirl marks on my black vehicles clear coat are also from this place as a result of using inferior towels that are never cleaned. I asked or the platinum wash listed for 24.00. when I got to the cashier I was charged 30.95. They said it was because of it being a truck. They should have told me this before sending my truck thru to give me an option if I agreed to the extra charge. I wouldn't have. The step rails were not cleaned thouroughly,the back window was not cleaned, the chrome tailpipes were dirtier than before, the mats inside of vehicle still had mud on them, water marks all over the truck, the armor all they attempted to use on the dash was left full of streaks and blotchy.
