My solar panels had a serious pigeon problem, with a significant amount of accumulated debris underneath them. Malachi arrived punctually and began working at approximately 8:30 in the morning. He then spent hours on my roof in the intense August Las Vegas heat, working carefully and consistently throughout the entire job. After seeing the before-and-after photos, I gained an even greater appreciation for how demanding and detailed this work actually is. Installing mesh around approximately 20 solar panels on a tiled roof is certainly not a matter of simply attaching material around the edges. Because of the raised shape of the roof tiles, the mesh had to be carefully fitted and individually cut in many small areas so that it could conform properly around the panels and roof. It requires patience, precision, and a tremendous amount of hands-on work. Malachi did an excellent job. The installation was neat, detailed, and professional. He was also extremely respectful of my property. The cleaning underneath the panels resulted in a considerable amount of pigeon debris coming down from the roof, and he didn't simply finish the roof and leave. He thoroughly cleaned the areas around my home that had been affected by the falling debris and left everything in very good condition. That level of care meant a great deal to me. A family member was also able to see the work firsthand, and we were both extremely impressed by the amount of effort involved and the quality of the finished job. And most importantly, the solution is working beautifully. The pigeons can no longer get underneath the solar panels. After years of having to clean my patio and courtyard as often as twice a day because of the mess, the difference has been remarkable. A few pigeons may still occasionally return and sit on the roof out of habit, but the overwhelming problem has essentially disappeared. My patio and courtyard are staying clean, and that alone has made an enormous difference in my daily life. I also want to mention something I believe customers should consider. Work like this is physically demanding, especially on a Las Vegas roof in August. After seeing firsthand how much effort, precision, and time Malachi put into the job, I was very happy to give him a tip. Of course, tipping is a personal decision, but I would encourage anyone who is able to do so to recognize the individual doing this kind of difficult work, particularly under such extreme summer conditions. We've always found both Chuck and John to be great people, professional and very trust worthy, the type you would enjoy visiting with outside of their appointments. We previously had the inside and exterior sprayed monthly as I'm very concerned about scorpions but they've upgraded to a product that they no longer need to come inside (inside was really always just for my preference). We've not had any issues and if anything did come inside, they'd come out to take care of that. I also enjoy not having to worry about my small dog being around the spray - oh and John always brings her treats! Even leaves some at the back door if we're not home. A few months back we had a rodent under our BBQ and John was kind enough to come out quickly, help set traps and bait keeping in mind our concerns to keep everything away from our dog. At that time, I didn't even know they helped with that and had actually reached out looking for a referral. To sum it up HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We've been extremely happy for 5+ years and counting.
