Technician arrived exactly on time, and send a text reminder. Technician was respectful of my property and wore shoe coverings and a mask due to Covid-19 still being a pandemic. I felt technician was knowledgeable, friendly and sincere in his interest to resolve my ant problem. I have so many great things to say that I don't even know where to start. We just purchased our home & it is pretty clear the previous owners didn't do a whole lot of "caring" for this property, especially when it comes to pest control. This morning for the first time I saw actual red mites in our kitchen so needless to say after checking my community in next door for small business owners I opened Google & the search was on. I am SO happy I found Jim! He called me right back & he came out the same day. (They open at 7am which is perfect for early birds like us.) I learned so much from just our short visit with Jim. This man LOVES his job & it shows. This is his retirement business & I'm really happy he chose to do it because I'm grateful to have met him. He knows ALL of the things & he is happy to share every bit of that knowledge with you. If you can you should contact him directly rather than through promotional websites etc. it's better for small businesses as a whole but by doing so you pay the same amount for your service but they don't have to give up more than 50% of that in fees for those sites. I moved into a new home and realized I had a BAD spider problem. Wolf spiders to be exact.. and BIG ones. I was using the restroom one morning, and right below my feet, huge spider. Was hanging out in my backyard painting pumpkins, look over to my right and HUGE spider. I decided I needed pest control. I had never used pest control in my life. Never had a problem with bugs even in Las Vegas. I called this company and a man came out and spent around 15 minutes spraying inside and outside. He did not clear any spider webs, just sprayed. I was relieved when he left, cause I thought my spider problem would be solved. Two days after he left, I get home and boom. A huge spider right outside my front door. You would think that would be a target area to spray and there would be no spiders there. Next night, another spider in my living room running around which I had to kill myself. So, I texted him the photos of the spiders and he agreed to come and spray again. He came and sprayed again and same problems with spiders. So, I got recommendations from friends on a company that specialized in spiders and It has been a month, and no spiders. So, not sure if this company didn't use the correct spray or what happened, but it just didn't work for my situation. read more

There is good and then there is great. These guys are great. Jim is responsive and goes out of his way to explain what is going on and help solve the issue. We were not asked to sign contracts and they didn't try to tack on other services. I should also note that we are always concerned about our pets and what might affect them. They assured us that everything they use is not only safe but they use it in their own home. That also gave us comfort.
