They also claimed my rear wheel had the correct spacers, yet I found a washer still on there and the wheel still isn't right. I just wanted it fixed. This is a terrible practice as it would have cost me money and time to correct without possible litigation. Besides that the experience had been good as Dylan is a good salesman and helpful when he wants to be. Dylan Werner, is the finance manager I believe. I live in Murrieta Ca., and had agreed to meet a Nash employee near the AZ/CA border to pick up the vehicle this was a stipulation I had in the purchase. On Friday after the corrected purchase went throuh Dylan had agreed to call me later or have his driver call me to make meeting arrangements no one called on Friday or Saturday. I had mentioned to Dylan on Friday we could possibly meet the next day at around 1030 am but that time was never agreed to by Dylan instead we were supposed to make arrangements. I did not receive a call even after I called Dylan 2X and texted him 3X (Ghosted) so I left blindly hoping someone would be there. I called the store at 845am Siena transfered to Dylan but then told me he was with a client. She helped me and apologized. I did eventually get a text from Dylan stating he cant always answer his phone hes busy etc. I ended up waiting in Quartzite AZ for 2 1/2 hours. I spoke to Kevin GM he apologized was super cool. It gets worse I had told Dylan on Friday I was purchasing my own trailer that was measured at 18.5 ft and he offered me a trailer at a good deal to be included with my Can Am. I agreed but asked him for the precise measurement of the trailer to see if it would fit in my garage he told me it was 19.1 ft I told him I had exactly 19.4 ft of space . I asked him to physically measure the trailer with a measuring tape and he told he would and told me once again it was 19.1 ft. I asked him if he was sure at least 4 times as he seemed to have measured too quickly. He reassured me he had measured himself. Well either he lied or measured it wrong because the trailer is slightly over 20 ft long. I just called to let him know I had to tear down some cabinets to make room andwasn't cool. He told me mistakes will happen when you have a 100 moving parts and they had bent over backwards to meet me at the border. This is the reason I am writing this review. His disregard for my wasted time and money spent. I spent my entire day to tearing down cabinets to make room and then repair the wall and paint it and the trailer only fits at an angle. Other dealerships in the area offer to deliver to CA. I called today to speak with Dylan and he sounded annoyed and irrated with me I asked for the GM Kevin but he wasn't there yet. I told him Dylan im trying to be reasonable here but he he blew me off. Everyone else from the driver Ricardo to the GM Kevin are awesome but Dylan has made this a terrible experience overall.

All suspensions come on the new bikes on the showroom floor are set up to meet an average riders. When it's time to revalve them they set it up to your weight, terrain you ride and skill level. Also, she encouraged me to wear them around at home to be 100% sure before wearing them out to ride. That's not someone just trying to sell you the more expensive product, that just good service. The store was completely empty, so I went straight to the counter and asked for assistance. The woman at the front was polite and said she would send someone out. Moments later, the salesperson walked right past both of us and went straight to the phone, completely ignoring me. I was honestly taken aback but gave him the benefit of the doubt... for about 30 minutes. Still no help. No acknowledgment. Nothing. At that point, I had to raise my voice just to get assistance. The woman apologized, and the salesperson finally came over, clearly annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing him. That was enough for me. I left and took my $4,500 purchase to another dealership that actually values customers. Screwie Lewie clearly didn't need my business, and others should know what to expect.

Wow! I used to live in Phoenix and used Donnie at the pit for my work. I was in Phoenix for 1 week…read morefor 3 rides, after the 1st ride my rear wheel bearings decided to give out. I called Donnie forgetting it was Monday so I left a message on his voicemail. To my surprise he called back in about 5 minutes! Told me to bring it in Tuesday morning and he should be able to get me going. Showed up about 9:15 Tuesday and he took it right in the shop, up on a stand and started tearing it apart right away! Had the bad bearings out in a jiffy and made sure there was no hub damage and that he had the right bearings for my bike...which he did. I went and grabbed a quick bite and he had it ready to go by the time I got back. No up charge for the emergency visit just a very reasonable repair cost. I can't say enough about how he treated me, I really appreciated him getting me in so I didn't miss my 2nd ride. Highly recommend for any and all of your repairs.

Even though it is an older bike, the bike is fun to ride and looks great and I did not want to part with it. The shop was able to find the original plastics and was able to return my bike to the original condition. Customer service was excellent as well as constant communications. I have been bringing my sportbike there for years for tires and basic maintenance. .I have only had excellent service there. Thank you Thomas and staff for everything you did for me. Owner lacks honesty. Take your bike elsewhere…read more The only reason I took my bike here is because of JC the tech who works on the bikes. JC is super cool, knowledgeable, honest and does a great job. Hopefully he can run his own business one day and leave SPC. He deserves much better. Anyways, Took my bike in for repair using my third party warranty to cover. Thomas the owner was real nice at first and communicative. Stated he would get the bike done by Monday. Come Wednesday bike wasn't even looked at yet, stated they were busy. Which is why I ask prior to dropping off to avoid having to wait longer than usual. Come Friday the bike was finally done after waiting one week for simple repairs. So beware, the dishonest timeframes they will tell you just to get you in and drop your bike off. Secondly, Thomas is a little disingenuous when it comes payment. I was told one thing over the phone and once the job was completed he stated I owed a different number than what was agreed on (should have got it in writing). When trying to call him out on it, he states he never said that and will hold your bike random until you pay the amount that he asks. Owner states, this is charge for the time due to sending emails and phone calls back and forth with the insurance. Which I told him is part of the business. You don't get paid for emails and phone calls. I end up paying what he ask and told him I'll never use a business who is dishonest to this customers. Another review on SPC stated something similar when it came to payment method less than 30 days ago. Either way, this owner/shop lacks honesty.
