I bought a Can Am Maverick X3 on Friday 05-29-2026 I was initially sold a Can Am that was not CA compliant that was realized by myself after I insisted Dylan Werner my contact double and triple check for CA CARB sticker he told me multiple times it was CA compliant and after I asked him to make sure please he finally came back with its not but they are getting me one from another store that is and said thanks for catching that. This is a terrible practice as it would have cost me money and time to correct without possible litigation. Besides that the experience had been good as Dylan is a good salesman and helpful when he wants to be. Dylan Werner, is the finance manager I believe. I live in Murrieta Ca., and had agreed to meet a Nash employee near the AZ/CA border to pick up the vehicle this was a stipulation I had in the purchase. On Friday after the corrected purchase went throuh Dylan had agreed to call me later or have his driver call me to make meeting arrangements no one called on Friday or Saturday. I had mentioned to Dylan on Friday we could possibly meet the next day at around 1030 am but that time was never agreed to by Dylan instead we were supposed to make arrangements. I did not receive a call even after I called Dylan 2X and texted him 3X (Ghosted) so I left blindly hoping someone would be there. I called the store at 845am Siena transfered to Dylan but then told me he was with a client. She helped me and apologized. I did eventually get a text from Dylan stating he cant always answer his phone hes busy etc. I ended up waiting in Quartzite AZ for 2 1/2 hours. I spoke to Kevin GM he apologized was super cool. It gets worse I had told Dylan on Friday I was purchasing my own trailer that was measured at 18.5 ft and he offered me a trailer at a good deal to be included with my Can Am. I agreed but asked him for the precise measurement of the trailer to see if it would fit in my garage he told me it was 19.1 ft I told him I had exactly 19.4 ft of space . I asked him to physically measure the trailer with a measuring tape and he told he would and told me once again it was 19.1 ft. I asked him if he was sure at least 4 times as he seemed to have measured too quickly. He reassured me he had measured himself. Well either he lied or measured it wrong because the trailer is slightly over 20 ft long. I just called to let him know I had to tear down some cabinets to make room andwasn't cool. He told me mistakes will happen when you have a 100 moving parts and they had bent over backwards to meet me at the border. This is the reason I am writing this review. His disregard for my wasted time and money spent. I spent my entire day to tearing down cabinets to make room and then repair the wall and paint it and the trailer only fits at an angle. Other dealerships in the area offer to deliver to CA. I called today to speak with Dylan and he sounded annoyed and irrated with me I asked for the GM Kevin but he wasn't there yet. I told him Dylan im trying to be reasonable here but he he blew me off. Everyone else from the driver Ricardo to the GM Kevin are awesome but Dylan has made this a terrible experience overall. read more

While they had to order some of the parts, as I wanted iridium spark plugs, Brandon kept me informed and up to date. Happy to say, my UTV runs like new again. I am a local living part time here in Scottsdale. I was recommended to Nash Powersports by a friend and was extremely disappointed. I called inquiring about a certain model of ATVS and no one seemed to have knowledge on any of their products listed on their site. Not only that, I was put on hold, hung up on and redirected multiple times. At home several days later, it had the same issues, so I called Nash expecting an explanation of possible causes, or a time to schedule another visit. Instead, we were lectured about how this bike needed to be pushed, how their repair was completed, and finally how we could go elsewhere. Highly recommend bringing any of your offroad vehicle toys here. When I was buying my side by side, I had it checked out here first and they informed me on some things that I should be looking out for and checking in on. I have since brought my side by side here a few other times to have some new items installed. I recently just brought it in to have a new tire out on that came off the rim oh my most recent trip. Instead of having to pay for a new tire and possibly just take my money, they checked out the tire that was already on there and it was fine and was able to put it back on the side by side. This was best case scenario and I really appreciated that. They are very nice, helpful and informative. I will always bring my side by side here. read more

Hey, just a quick shout out to Tony and the service staff. I took a set of FJR forks into Tony to get the (re) fixed. Tony and crew were great to work with. They found the problem, called, communicated, and shared with me the parts needed, and gave me the the old parts they replaced. Tony and team replaced someone else's shoddy work, that I had "fix" my leaking forks previously. I was able to put in some time on the bike this past long weekend. Yesterday I visited the Phoenix store to see a bike i found on their website. I live in northern Arizona and it was a 2 hour commute. Found the bike spoke to Bruce who was to work up pricing. The finance guy gave me couple options. Bruce comes back with a price 20% higher than the listing. Starts telling me all the fees etc. he promised to send me revised price as I had to make my way home. The 2 hour drive back. No text, no email, not a word. I emailed Bruce and nothing. Guess they didn't want to sell me the bike. Wasted 5 hours of my Saturday! Very disappointed. Turns out their games are no different than Ride Now which did the same thing to me couple years ago. Once my husband finally sought out a sales person, he was extremely rude and we were told everything is in high demand right now so don't bother. We asked if we could give a cash deposit and be on a list for a 4 seat Can Am and it was as if the guy didn't want to even bother with the paperwork. Purchased Defender LoneStar from Nash last year. Was told by sales and finance first service is included. Called for promised service and was told no that will be $800. I feel this is a deceptive practice. They have no obligation I assume. A business is only as good as it's word. Just signed on my Can Am X3 Max today. From the top down my experience has been fantastic. My wife and I met Brandon Nash at the Barrett Jackson car show. We were already headed to a competitor after the show to put a deposit. Because he spent so much time with my wife/myself, it immediately made a difference from the competitor. I went into that dealership and walked around for like 5 minutes and not one person spoke to me. It was refreshing to actually discuss pros/cons of different brands/styles. Brandon sent us to the Scottsdale store where we spent more time with Josh, who has helped us with the sale and got us a great interest rate on finance with a local Credit Union. I went in today after waiting for the vehicle to come in (Covid delays) and was super impressed with the continued support. I got to watch Chris take my Can Am off the trailer and then Josh had him give me a briefing on the vehicle. I also got to spend some time with James who took a bunch of time to make me a wish list for stuff I want to add. I actually bought a windshield today to have put on while they add the street legal kit and top as well. The whole process has been old school how customer service should be with knowledgeable people who are there to help you. One last thing about Brandon Nash, he took time to send me some pics of the Can Am as it came in off the delivery truck still wrapped in shipping materials and when the bike additions are on he is going to drop it at my house while I figure out the trailer situation. That may not be a usual part of the sale but it is well appreciated by me. If you are buying a bike, jetski, side by side do yourself a favor and go over and see Nash Powersports, don't get treated poorly at another dealer. Brian talked to me and was like let's go on a test drive and he rode with me to get a feel for the bike. It was like two homies riding around lol. After the ride. He helped me get financed and mentioned there's a $1000 rebate on it as well. During the approval we just talked shop and once I found out I got approved I didn't hesitate to buy the bike from him. He even made sure to tighten lube and charge it up for me! Not only that he delivered it to my work the next day on his trailer, so I could ride it home asap! Visited Nash Powersports on Frank Lloyd today and was very disappointed. I was looking for new sand tires and wheels and possibly a new Can Am. I spent over 45 minutes walking around looking at the displays and the Can Am's without being ask if I needed any help. There wasn't another person in the store and both employees looked at me several times. So I guess they have more then enough business and don't need mine. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT DO BUSINESS THIS COMPANY. I felt like I had to do business with them because they were the only ones to get the unit I wanted. I paid cash. My check cleared on the 21st of April. The kept the unit until the 27th. On the 27th I was initially told I could take delivery or delay it further while they installed some of the options I ordered. I talked to Nick the sales manager and told him to cancel the install of any of the options. He told me he would have to "get into it". I then received a call from someone who said he was the General Manager. He told me that the roof and mirrors had already been installed and he could take them off but that would delay delivery for an additional period of time. When I received the unit I put it in my garage. I was only able to drive it a mile or two because it wasn't street legal and it did not have an off road decal yet. On 11 May I put it in for install of options to make it street legal with Moto City Anthem to make it street legal. They called and told me I was within 11 miles of the first service for a 100 mile check up. They put almost 100 miles on the unit after It was bought and paid for. This is the most disreputable company I have ever delt with. The behavior of the management I dealt with bordered on criminal behavior. Bottom line is you don't have to. If you need a Mr Steel trailer see Craig at GO AZ Motorcycles. Moto City Anthem has been great, especially when you consider I did not buy the unit from them. read more

Went in weeks ahead of time to Make sure my Breaks and new tire and a USB charger to charge my phone while driving for my up coming trip, Paid for the parts weeks ahead of time(Or so I thought). Showed up the Day ahead to bring my ride in to get worked on was told "I don't see an appointment for you" took them about 10 minutes to figure out I was Scheduled for the next day, Making sure I paid for every thing labor included, my Trip Is a Go. The day I am to pick up my Spyder to take a long trip to places I have never been. I am excited and ready to go, I have called my friend and family that I plan on seeing in the various stops along the way. Only to be hassled by the service guy "Um hey we didn't charge you for the USB" after I pull out the Paper work that shows I paid for it all weeks ago he then informs me the front break kit was for one break. Of course I knew this was going to happen but there was no way i was going to let money stop me from my trip to see the Redwoods for the first time in 40 years. So I pay the fee I figured I paid for. Now here I am at home ready to put all my packed gear on my Spyder including Strapping down an Extra bag in the passenger seat. And what do I find the USB that I paid about $100 to have put on my Can-Am (Didn't come standard that year) Now if you look at my Spyder the Phone holder is clearly on the handlebars and there is 2 slots one for a USB and one for a Garage door opener (Future investment) Yet when I get my ride home to take a trip knowing that Phone will be the difference between me making this trip or not since I have only my phone for GPS and I have not been to California since I was little and here I am in my 40's And where is my new $100USB located in the Frunk!..........Who in the hell would ever ask for that? And why in the hell assume when there is clearly a Phone holder Inches from where the Charger is supposed to go. SO glad you got my back Nash Powersport now instead of stopping every few hours to find a place to charge my phone to keep my GPS going, I instead need to stop the charge my phone that's out let is in the Frunk. I'm a female rider and have been riding for years. I currently own multiple bikes. I ride alot. So I called to see if they had a particular bike available for a test ride. I was told they had the bike so I came down with my boyfriend to take the bike out for a test. Upon arrival I was told that before they would let me ride the bike they had to make sure what bike would be best for me. WTF?? I've ridden HD, Yamahas, Moto Guzzi and Honda's. But this place has to help me determine what kind of bike I should ride. Unless I was willing to commit to buying the bike, they weren't going to let me ride it. They kept saying I could ride it but they would have to get approval from a manager but the manager told me "test rides" just aren't done. Funny that I have done test rides at other dealerships. I have several bikes and need help with the maintenance, so I must have a service outfit I can count on. Mike, the service mgr knows me, knows my machines and always gives me good service. I've experienced good service at the parts counter as well. These guys are good, and are sometimes very busy. I'll often just leave the bike and have 'em call me later. The service department is unbelievable. I called them at 12:30 to let them know that I wanted to bring my Rhino in and drop it off for repair because it would not come out of reverse. They informed me that they probably wouldn't be able to look at it until early next week. That was completely acceptable to me. I stopped in about an hour later. As I was unloading it the service guy came out to greet me. I told him the problem I was having and he offered to take a look at it on the spot. These guys are absolutely tops. Their service shop takes care of all my maintenance/repair needs, and the mechanics there really know their stuff. Prices are quite fair, turnaround time is totally reasonable, and they never fail to throw in a bit of advice for small DIY items. For me, it is about a mile and a half jog away; I can drop off my bike, jog home, use our car during the wait time, and then jog back to retrieve it. Works out great. Definitely recommend. read more
