Excellent experience. Fast, friendly, hassle free service at pick up. The bike, Harley Street Glide, was fantastic. It had stage 1 upgrade, ran great and sounded great. Not a single problem experienced. Drop off was also quick and easy. Plus free transport to and from airport. Only negative was I couldn't stay longer and keep riding. I recently purchased a Yamaha 950 and due to the length of the bike, I was unable to pass the "Skills Test" with the AZ DMV. I actually turned the bike off and tried to walk the bike through the "Weave" test. The cones are set 12' apart and I found that it was physically impossible to make the turns due to the bike's turning radius. I called all over town in an attempt to rent a smaller bike for purposes of passing the road test. Fun Time Rentals was the only company willing to rent a bike with only a permit. I had the good fortune of finding "Funtime Rentals" located in Tempe and spoke with Jerry. The process was quick and flawless. Jerry you're a great businessman and a pleasure to deal with. Jerry is extremely pleasant proficient efficient professional friendly and I could keep going on and on it was a pleasure to do business with him, There's 25+ years of experience I've obviously paid off and he knows what he's doing. Jerry, the owner of Fun Time Rental claimed I returned a rented motorcycle with diesel fuel rather than gas placed in the tank. He further claimed he performed 2 hours of labor to repair the problem and requested $100 compensation "to be fair". After I gave him every opportunity to correct his claim with no backing down I informed him I had proof (I have the gas receipt from the service station) I did not place diesel fuel in the tank. Simply put I have a strong claim he tried to fraud me for additional money and will never rent again from Fun Time Rental. read more
