From the very beginning, Margaret was incredible. She answered every single one of my (many) questions with patience and care, making the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, and that level of attention carried through to the wedding day itself. Everything ran flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment with our friends and family. One of the most exciting surprises was the venue's recent renovations. We originally booked without knowing about them, and we were blown away when we saw the updates (especially the stunning new floor to ceiling windows) in the main ballroom, which made the space feel even more elegant and bright. The food deserves its own spotlight. Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was! From cocktail hour to dessert, every detail was executed perfectly. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous as well, and our photos came out stunning. You would never even guess you're on Staten Island. We truly wish we could relive the day all over again. Our MC and DJ were absolutely the best we've ever seen at a wedding. While we might be a bit biased, our guests confirmed it, saying they'd "never seen such an empty room of tables because everyone was on the dance floor!" Guests couldn't stop raving about how they couldn't leave the dance floor and had endless compliments for both the DJ and MC. We had Mike as our MC, and while we don't recall the DJ's name, he was phenomenal. I know some reviews mentioned DJs not playing requested songs, and while a few of our requests weren't played, we're actually so thankful for that. After all, we hired a DJ to read the room, not just follow a playlist--and he nailed it! Every song he played was exactly what the moment called for, keeping the energy high and the floor packed all night long. My number one priority was finding a really good DJ because in my eyes the DJ is the most important! He can make or break the party and in our family we love to dance and have fun! I didn't care how much I had to invest because if you want great quality you have to pay! After searching I found "Platinum- dash of class" so we went in for a meeting. I met with Sal And all I can say is I definitely feel bad for him because he had to deal with my mother and I LOL. All seriousness he made my wedding a dream come true. Anything I wanted he could give and a great price! We decided to get the following 1. Two lights and monogram 2. Video montage/ a person taking fun pictures all night and uploading them at the same time on the screen. (it was as if I had two photographers) 3. Sparkling shoot- lights. They went off throughout the night and to me that was much better than the cloud because you can only do that once! 4. The photo booth - it was so amazing everybody got one copy and I got the other copy in a book where you could write. they were so much fun with a red carpet and a girl standing by to help throughout the night. I was a really difficult client. I wait until the night before to pick some songs because I could not decide. It took forever to find baby pictures for the video montage. Through every hiccup they were there helping and making sure I was not stressed out. Sal is an amazing DJ. He played so many of the songs I requested and really got everybody up and dancing and had such a positive vibe with the MC I will use them in the future for every event I have in need of the DJ. If you want great quality and have no regrets on your wedding day choose them!!!
