I felt uneasy about it and had another contractor come to inspect my system and the distribution box also. He could not believe I just had the system pumped . I am going to have it done al over again. I had used Anytime in the past but the business has new owners. I am not satisfied and wasted my money. They also offer an inspection-only service, which you can apply to the full pump service. We opted to just get the pump-out over with this year but it was a very nice offer. Highly recommend.

Had C&W Hanover Septic come out to pump the tank. Here are my thoughts that resulted in a 3-star…read morerating. 1) Had two guys for two separate activities. Both of the guys represented the company well. 2) When the guy opened the tank, he discovered an issue, as he thought the pump was not functioning. He proceeded to pump the tank. The cost was $575, which was a reasonable cost based on research. 3) The other guy replaced the pump, which cost $1,600. Based on research, this was an exorbitant price based on the retail cost of the pump. Based on all of the factors, would consider them again for pumping the tank, but absolutely not for other work.

Beware! Now that Brockwell's is a Wind River Company....Wind River does not operate with the same…read morelevel of service as Brockwell's. They are just another huge corporation that's acquired a local company that doesn't care about their customers. I have screenshots from their website when I booked my septic pumping that show 01-06 inches of digging is free yet, when the invoice came, I was charged $51.50 for 01-06 inches of digging. I've been calling for TWO WEEKS trying to resolve the issue with the invoice & customer service can seemingly do nothing. They "file a ticket" & say I'll receive a callback...yet no one ever calls back. This should be a simple, straightforward issue to resolve but they clearly just don't care. I've also had to wait on hold 20+ minutes whenever I've called customer service. My experience with Wind River has been extremely frustrating and again, not at all the same experience I had with Brockwell's when it was still locally-owned the last time I had my septic tank pumped. I would not recommend using Wind River because if you have any issues, they certainly do not seem to care enough to fix them!
