I am new to the area and this was by far the best experience I ever had for an eye exam and…read moreconsultation for contacts and glasses. They were able to offer me an appointment sooner than others I had called because of a cancellation. They spent 90 minutes with me, explaining every option, and were very helpful with frame suggestions and alternative solutions to explore with contact lenses that may better suit my needs. They have a very thorough understanding of the the brands available and answered my questions that had often been vaguely answered in the past at other offices. They also presented several choices for my high power lenses, and the prices, very clearly and let me decide, without any pressure at all, if I wanted to upgrade to the highest cost options or settle on a lower cost option that would still accomplish my goals for replacing my older glasses. I appreciated their honesty and we agreed on a lower cost option. I would highly recommend Premier Eye Care and trust that my followup visit(s) for contacts will go as smoothly as my first visit.

I chose new frames and hi end lenses due to having access to VSP (which is why I chose this Optometrist). I received the glasses and have been in for adjustments at least 8-10 times in the month or so I have had them. Yesterday I asked about an exchange, I got a no sorry 'all sales final' response. Frankly I was shocked, annoyed and angry, and I still am. How is anyone to know that the frames are not going to be a good fit - unless an employee says something? Do they think we go out of our way find a poor fit? So, I guess now I have to go in every few days to get the frame adjusted. I was told, we can't send them back to the mfr, we can't sell them so you have to keep them. In other words they do NOT stand behind their own products, and they have your $$ and you are stuck with poor fitting frames. So, future buyers, be 1000000% sure your frames are a good fit or else you will be SOL, just like me. I cannot at this stage recommend them, unless they step up and fix this bad situation.

Scheduled an appointment with my insurance. Immediately, this place tried charging extra 40 bucks…read morebecause the staff is incompetent to do any job without the new tech. All the information I've provided wasn't even recorded had to do it all over again at the location. Then the lady gave me a major attitude for refusing to pay extra and told me to "go elsewhere". What a joke! No wonder people getting replaced with new technology. If you're not happy with your job, don't take it out on your customers and waste their time.

The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly and it was easy to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The office is very clean and pleasant. The best thing was the selection of glasses available. They even said that they can order a frame if they carry already carry the brand if you happen to have some thing specific and they don't have it in stock. The people that assisted with picking out the glasses and ordering them was very knowledgeable about what looks good and had great suggestions. We will get our prescriptions and glasses here from now on.
