Go back following day pay the 70$ fee just for the eye glass exam which I wasnt told about, fill paperwork out and wait. Call me upfront to proceed to tell me that particular dr doesn't take my insurance and they have to reschedule. It takes a lot to upset me and I realize mistakes are made but come on now. I get a refund and they reschedule me again. I promptly canceled and will not return. Found an eye dr where I can get two pairs of glasses and an exam for 80$.

She's no longer there, but I no longer wanted to deal with them. My eyesight is important to me. I have an eye injury from 47 years ago, that was getting worst. Dr. Jones's staff was great, but Dr. Jones was moody, unprofessional & spiteful. I asked him a few questions about my condition and he seemed to get annoyed by my questions. My doctor is supposed to work with me, not against me. He had me come in specifically to fill out some forms that I had to have. That was the whole reason for the extra appointment, since he's considered a specialist (according to them) I paid extra, all seemed to be going well till he got annoyed about my questions. He was rude, unprofessional, curt, and abrupt. He purposefully lied outright on the forms & that caused a domino effect in my life, that months later I'm still trying to get it corrected. He knew full well what would happen, he just didn't care. I will never go back, nor recommend him to anybody. I was a little doubtful because of his age, but I focused on he must have experience. I was wrong, he seemed to be one of those doctors who thinks his word is Gospel. I want a knowledgeable, kind, truthful doctor who will work with me. Honesty & doing what you said you'd do is very important to me. Lying straight to my face is rude, unprofessional and I will be putting in a complaint about him. Spiteful & vindictive isn't a good look on anybody, especially a doctor. Go elsewhere.

Dr Neff and Dr Baldwin treated me faithfully until it cleared. Then, Dr Neff did my cataract surgery with corrective lens... amazing! She's very sweet, explained each step. Office staff was pleasant, scheduling was great! They answered my questions over and over bc it is confusing what insurance pays and doesn't. I recommend them highly!!! They always get me in as soon as possible, I never have to wait to be seen. No issue is too small to be seen.
