I also explained to him a concern for a specific blood test due to my family history , and he wrote me a referral for blood work, but didn't include what I had mentioned. Then, when that information got worse i called to make an appointment or see if they could write me a stronger prescription eye drop for my condition. Instead of telling me they couldn't write a prescription without an appointment they had me wait, and wait, and wait for a call back i was told i would get but never came. I called several times, and finally got my answer. So now my condition is worsening and I have wasted time I could've spent making an appointment else where. I have no issue with there not being time for an appointment, but to not respect my time and condition is disappointing. Will not be returning.

When they call you to the back you are greeted with a big smile and a hello and that is contagious throughout your visit all of the staffers are courteous and very very friendly and as you go between stations there is another waiting room with large sofa like chairs and it's very comfortable. While most people coming in are elderly I know that they appreciate the comfortable seating but overall the experience at this doctors office has been comforting and easy on the eyes

Dr Vitta was very thorough, addressing some eye health concerns I had and putting me at ease. I followed up with a purchase of frames and lenses, working with Ms Colette Mack. She was patient with me while I tried on nearly every frame they had, helping me find just the right glasses. I was equally impressed with her when I picked my glasses up. And I can SEE again. From 20-40 in both eyes back to 20-20 and a few letters on the 20-15 line. So yes, I'll have to wear my cheaters still to read up close, but no more squinting just to see. And the best of all? I'll be able to see the golf balls I hit once again it might even improve my golf game. Ha! Nothing ever has before. But I'm gonna give my new eyes a shot. Who knows?
