But you can request a quote based on pictures so that you get multiple offers.) The price was competitive, and though it was just a tiny bit more than the lowest price, the good customer service helped me trust him. When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and were super respectful about the items I wanted to keep. They showed up fully prepared and handled everything without turning it into a stressful ordeal. Most recently I rented a dumpster from them at a new residence and it was just as smooth.
