I reserve my car online, and then I show up at the designated time- although this visit, I was given my car about 30 minutes late. But it was clean and low mileage and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I had to drive down to West Palm Beach for work, and the car ran perfectly. I decided to come back early, and I dropped the car off after hours, which is always easy and they have a key drop off. And the best part is that they call me when they check the car back in and let me know that everything is okay- now THAT'S service! Enterprise Apopka is always a great choice and very convenient!

On Monday morning I came to enterprise was greeted with kindness and sympathy for my car accident. I noticed the building was clean no clutter on counter or floor and the receptionist was available and ready for me, proceeded to check me in the process was quick and easy for me the young lady was efficient and she explained to me about the $50 deposit, the length of time the rental was for, we walked out side went over final details sign and drove away. We got the privilege to rent this fancy 2023 truck from Budget. We love trucks so it was nice to…read morefinally get to drive one of these. The place/office is inside of The Westin Hotel in Lake Mary so pretty hidden/hence you don't see it from outside. We had a hiccup on our traveling schedule and ended up having to extend our reservation. One of the down falls that we encountered with this rental was that they did not allow us to extend it over the phone, they stated only in person. When we drove to the closest location where we were my hubby had some card issues so he told the clerk at the counter he would be back so he could be able to quickly empty out the vehicle to return it since they couldn't process his card. Unbeknownst to us, the gentleman then replied if you turn it in 30 mins after the time we charge a daily $10 fee. Kind of a hack we wish we would of known. I say kind of though because it really wasn't the full case either they changed a $40 charge for the 2 days late on top of a $17 overcharge fee called "7% confession fee". My hubby noticed the extra charges once he got home, go figure. So silly pro tip look at your receipts lol and also real tip make sure your daily quotes match up with the quoted travel agency price. Il update this if/once he calls tomorrow to try to get some of these fees waived since he was told it would be less for the late fees. Other than that comparing to other rentals this place isn't so bad and our situation is a bit unique. If he had spoken up about the fees when checking out too maybe they could of accommodated us better. I'd just like to update my review. My husband called back and budget kindly waived most of the late fees and returned him $45 since he had come in the the office on time to extend the rental. We appreciate that and will be doing business with them in the future.

Was advised could take car and change only to drive the poor running car to Fayetteville GA and upon arrival told there are no cars available. Agent suggested we go to airport. I asked if he could assure there was availability at the airport. He couldn't. I Contacted airport location and was advised no availability. Driving car back to FL and tire went out. Roadside assistance advised Enterprise closest to us closed and could possibly get us towed in 4-5 hrs as we were on the side on the busy Interatate 75. The driver arrived early, as it was a very cold evening and he said he wanted to be there when they were ready to leave. The next big kindness shown was allowing the groom to include his dog, that was part of the wedding. The original dog transportation back home had a change and the driver quickly accommodated. Both the bride and groom said the driver was A+. Next, even though not planned, the driver let them drop their stuff off and then took them to meet up with their friends at a local Mount Dora location. Thanks so much for a great experience for this couple on their wedding day !!!
