Great customer service and honest too. My brother had my 2014 Cruze towed to Budget Auto after he and I received a $2800 estimate for repairs from a competitor. Mickey at Budget asked me what the other repair shop suggested. I had a computer printout of all their recommendations. After diagnostics at Budget, Mickey called me with details. Cruze needed water pipe outlet replacement. About $400. All the other services recommended were unnecessary. Mickey had reviewed them all. This is the 2nd time I brought my car to Budget. I had seized nuts that needed to be taken off from my wheel studs, and they took care of it for me, trouble and stress free. John helped me out, and gave me plenty of options to go through. It turned a 1-week job for me, to a 1-day job. Saved me time and money! It was my first time bringing my car in there to get work done to it. I had a hard time finding a great business that is fair on their pricing with true honest work. These guy's helped me in many ways possible. Budget has A++ service!! I have had other shops I trust, and some that I don't, but I can honestly say Budget has beaten every quote and service commitment from any other shop I use. They take care of their customers and value building that relationship. ALSO... they were kind enough to give me a second-opinion on a diagnostic from another shop. Let me start by saying this! This is the only auto shop I trust working on my vehicle. I've been to multiple auto shop repair businesses and they always give you run around, sometimes even give you misinformation. I love love this shop!! I'm in college with not much money and know nothing about cars, except how to drive them. The mechanics are so nice, taking their time to explain and show to me the issues I have with my car. Telling me what I need to fix and what I can hold off on fixing due to my budget. Very honest shop. I was suprised, alot of shops don't care about their customers, as long as they make money, but not this one, they really do care and try to help you save money on unnecessary repairs. I had my 2015 Cadillac Escalade serviced here. They were very knowledgable. Inform me of things about my car, that even I didn't know, and trust me, I know cars. My Car had to stay overnight and they even took the time to give me a ride home. Got my car the next day and it runs great. Price was lower than other shops I've been to before, but for the quality of service I received, I would've been happy paying a higher amount. My to go shop from now on.
