    If I had choice to give 0 stars I would. Horrible management and horrible customer service. After I had booked and confirmed my rental, I get a call from Avis WHILE I'm in my Uber to pick up my rental that they are going to cancel my car. Beyond infuriated and frustrated, the guy on the phone keeps insisting I need to call "customer service" even though he was the one who called me and canceled my car. He kept going back and forth saying he is the only one there and cannot help me, he proceeds to hang up on me. This is an absolute joke.

    I was offered a credit for my inconvenience of renting here upon return of my other rental from the Houston Hobby location which was a much better experience. The customer service was helpful after they were notified. However, it's shouldn't have gone this far and caused me so much stress. Reported this business to BBB and after the report, Budget issued me a credit for my experience. I ended up renting from the Budget near Hobby Airport.

    We needed a rental for a quick drive to Austin. Not many cars were available, so Dan hooked us up with an upgrade. Good customer service.

The lead associate said my only options were to pay an additional $20 per day for an SUV or take an electric vehicle at the same rate. This was frustrating because I had already accepted an upgrade through text beforehand and should not have been pressured into paying even more. Since I could not justify the additional charge, I sat in the lobby trying to find another Hertz location or rental company with availability as it approached 5:00 PM. Right then, a woman returned a vehicle, and I overheard the associate tell a newer employee to quickly vacuum it. The newer employee hesitated because it was nearly closing time and suggested giving me another Jeep Compass that had already been cleaned earlier. At that point, it became obvious that I had not been told the truth about vehicle availability. The situation became even more unprofessional from there. The newer associate mentioned that the returned vehicle smelled like smoke. Instead of giving me the freshly returned vehicle, I was given the Jeep Compass that smelled strongly of marijuana. When I brought up the odor, I was told it was "just the cleaner," which was clearly not true. To make matters worse, the employees openly argued and complained about each other in front of me. The lead associate also went into the back to discuss me with the other employee, which felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer. Overall, the experience was dishonest, disorganized, and lacked professionalism. I expect much better customer service and transparency from Hertz.

I had a wonderful experience at this location (or so I thought) while my car was being serviced for maintenance wear and tear. An Enterprise Associate picked me up from mechanic and brought me to Enterprise (in car I would be renting). The wait time wasn't that long, about 7 min). Once it was my turn, we went out to inspect the silver Altima and she marked down the dents, scratches, parts of vehicle that were separated and assured me it's already marked down on their end and then marked down in front of me and I pointed out others because I don't want to be liable for any damages from someone else. Day of returning car, wait time was a little longer but it was okay because Associate at desk was kind and polite. She did the return car check and she said everything was fine, of course with the car. Gas was even filled (even though it was only supposed to be have been above the half point, but I returned the car earlier than expected thanks to Amazing mechanics at Eric's Car Care in Rice Village. Because of the full tank of gas and Associate being kind, she even credited me $15, making entire credit of $33.55, not a negative balance but a positive one. There were no issues then and definitely shouldn't be any issues now. I was refunded the remaining balance and waited about 20 min for someone to come and take me back to Eric's. When Pedro arrived, I offered to stay and wait longer so he can have his lunch that he had but he said it was alright. We headed back to mechanic (in the rental I just returned) for Pedro to drop me off and that was that.... thats what I thought until today when I got an email stating I OWE them $1,285.50 for alleged damages If I had incurred any damages, I would have already informed Enterprise. I have been using Enterprise for over 20 years. What I won't accept is being held liable for damages before car was issued to me or after Ive already released vehicle and others have driven it. Car was returned a week ago & was fine and now they are claiming damages that were not done by me, damages that were there before me, damages that could be caused by their own Associates since they use the same rental I used to both pick up and drop me. Do not let them do this. Do not allow Enterprise, Greenbriar or any rental agency to use the same vehicle to drop you off. They will smile at your front but will hit you with outrageous charges and lies after the fact. This is the most dishonorable and despicable thing I've come across from a business.. Please, if you must rent, use AVIS that is close by on Kirby (5 min) this location or use another Enterprise, unless you want to get hit by charges that you didn't incur but they will claim you did, which now, I will have to fight against. And to think I was going to use this location for future rentals but I will continue using another Enterprise location I tend to use in SW Houston for trips. I even left them a glowing review after receiving the message with a link to rate them 24 hrs after returning the vehicle (please remove that review wherever it is posted since it clearly a lie now). I've driven rentals out of city and nothing, now to have this car for 4 days, locally, they are trying to put previous damages and/or damages that happened outside of my care on me. I only used this location out of convenience and look how that turned out. Go where you know , do not use them because of convenience. Convenience will cost you. They couldn't get their money from previous renter who actually incurred the damages on the vehicle or one of their own Associates caused the previous and/or new alleged damages before and/or after I came into picture, now they are trying this disgusting stunt. Do not use Enterprise on Greenbriar, unless you want to be charged or deal with the headache and hassle that I am currently undergoing. Happy Mother's Day to me. Blessings.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived. The man at the front was really friendly and communicative with the status of the vehicle being prepared. I waited about 20 minutes for them to detail the car, which was understandable on short notice. Car I received was in great condition other than a maintenance light that was meant to be reset. I was even given proper reimbursement from their other poor location, 1406 South Loop W Houston, TX 77054 mistakes.

Enterprise said card was now locked and I had to do this in person In the morning. I arrived in the morning and let the location know. They ran the card 2 times it did not go thru. I told them funds are there it is locked in your system. The person didn't believe me and suggested I call the bank which I did in front of him and the bank said they got no attempts on their side. I told them again the their Enterprise system locked the card on their side and the issue did not come from the bank. They kept insisting it was the bank and when I got upset they said they were not going to talk to me with my raised voice and to make sure I gave them the key because I was not allowed to leave with it - I could not have another day. My response was that I was not a thief. yes, I gave them the key back and now writing this review. In the middle of these events #2 below was going on as well at the location at the same time. 2) I called the 1-888 number and asked for a manager at 1-888 number. The person who answered was nice but didn't know how to help the situation as she tried to run the card thru snd it didn't go thru. I then asked for a manager. The manager typed in the info I gave her and sent it to the people I was talking to in front of me. Then she hung up on me. I thought being that it was their company they knew how to fix the situation. Not ever coming back

    I've visited other Enterprise locations before but this is my first time that I'm writing a review…read moreand it's solely based on the excellent service from David C. We needed a truck for a week and had one reserved with another Enterprise. Last minute we were told we won't get the truck because someone is turning it in late and we would have to get another car. The problem was, we needed a truck, and we needed it by 9 am the next day. Being so close to closing time I tried a few other Enterprise locations but had no luck. I was rushed off the phone, not guaranteed anything, and just told reserve it and show up. Maybe we will have something. Then I found this location, not only was David able to guarantee me a truck by the next day at 9:00 am but not once did he rush me off the phone. He made sure I had everything I needed to feel good about my reservation. Arriving at this office the next day was a bit hard to find, there needs to be some signs or something but David was there and did everything he could to make sure we were set and ready to go. Even with something being wrong with the locks on the original truck we were supposed to get David was able to get one to this location right away. Let me add, during this time he was working with an extremely difficult customer. I'm not sure what she was struggling with but she was difficult. He was kind, helpful, and answered her every question over and over again, still helping others walking in, dropping off and picking up. Dropping off the truck was easy, and quick. I had to write this because I'd come to this specific location again just due to knowing I'd be taken care of by David. Not a lot of people care or take pride in their job and you can tell he does. Enterprise is lucky to have that kind of employee. Also the truck he got for us was amazing!

They aren't charging, they are just using up that EV charging station spaces. I have to consistently ask the Enterpricr people to please move they cars. They do.... .. eventually, but come one seriously. It's a dang parking lot with many spaces and they have to use up the only "Reserved" spots,

Awful employees, had to listen to a five minute dissertation on how bad their system is and how bad their business is before I was ALLOWED to ask if I was getting a truck. BTW, the excuses given were ludicrous. I was told that my reservation was made for a location that never has trucks. Employee then called back later trying to again hook us into a reservation instead of canceling. She tried to take back all of the hateful things she said to me the first time. Wasn't having it. Want nothing to do with them. Would never use them again. Something wasn't right with the entire situation.
