Sold me a truck with a bad transmission told me to get fucked they dont negotiate with customers

They could maybe work with customers who have to sell the car for parts after driving it for 20 miles. Sure, I signed a release and that's what they hide behind. But selling cars that fail after 20 miles and giving the consumer no recourse is not ethical or moral, and reflects on poorly on you as a business. Seriously, I gave you guys $5000 for a car that looked to be decent. It failed in less that 20 miles, so I have to sell it for parts. I hope you're enjoying stealing from customers. read more

To most of the poorly rated reviews here: I 100% recommend that before purchasing a used car, have a trusted mechanic inspect it unless you, the customer, are one. Anyways, my 2011 Jeep Patriot was a steal! The staff gave me plenty of time to test drive the vehicle and overlook it. They even let me put it on hold overnight before purchase. The repairs I've done to it are around $700 total now, and are to be expected. If you need an auto shop to repair your car, I highly recommend buying your own parts online that they'll quote. i spent $5000 on an SUV and when I went to have the oil changed, the filter was black sludge. a week or so later the radiator hoses blew and then a month after that, the transmission went out. These people don't even check the cars. Thet get them and then sell them fats. read more

I am only giving one star, because zero is not an option. My son in law bought a vehicle for my grandson. It was overpriced, anyway, and then needed nearly 900 dollars (just in parts) put into the vehicle. I would not recommend this car dealership to anybody, ever. Just go somewhere else. read more

I highly recommend staying away from this place. not only are the advertisements false, there vehicles are unsafe. the vehicle I purchased one week off the lot put my life and the life of my six month old child at risk breaking down on the highway. Motor Issues!!! And they state that I could have had a mechanic look at it. well was never given the option. when I called and tried to work this out with them, I was told by Jeff the manager that there's nothing they can do. it's as is!!!! you are selling death traps for way over blue book. get a soul read more

Rode 40mins from Cleveland to purchase a car on 11/23/19 arrived @ 12:30p test drove a Nissan Maxima. Which I like, sales men Steve asked if I wanted to pay cash or finance. I stated finance Steve's facial expression went from making a sale or was I wasting his time. Then I get oh the banks are currently closed. But I've seen several white people ride off with 30day tags on their car. read more

Wow. Talk about a crappy deal. They lied about the size of the engine in the truck after we specifically asked about it. Knowing the brakes were weak we got them to take off some money (it ended up needing total rear brakes - seized calipers etc) but they should have also known it was leaking power steering fluid as well. Nothing like spending $1500 the day after you buy a truck. You've been warned. Apparently they depend on "one time" customers. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. We took my son on Saturday to look at a few cars. He decided against the few he went to originally look at but at the recomendation of the saleman, ended up test driving and buying a manual drive Honda. He specifically asked about the condition of the clutch/manual transmission and was told that it was in great shape. THE VERY NEXT DAY, Sunday, less than 24 hours of the car being in his possession and the clutch went out. This dealership and it's salesman were nothing but rude to my son and my mother and were in no way any help in trying to resolve the situation. So now my 21 year full time college student (with 2 part time jobs) is stuck with a non-driveable vehicle plus having to come up with money try have a clutch replaced. We are also filing with the BBB and have asked for the steps to persue arbitration. This dealership is VERY unprofessional and should not be allowed to conduct business in this fashion. If you are looking to get swindled, this is the dealership for you. Otherwise please take your business elsewhere. read more

There is a special place in hell for people that take advantage of people with disabilities. My friend went to Budget Car Mart looking for a truck. He traded a beautiful Mustang with low mileage - worth over $10,000, and walked out with a Ford truck with a blown transmission, a broken frame, over 160,000 miles, plus an additional few thousand in needed repairs. And the truck can't pass E-check. When I found out I prayed they'd payed him for the Mustang. Nope. He even took our a loan on this truck. I know most people would take a used car to a mechanic - but I'm sure everyone reading this has that person in their life that is an easy victim, and easy to take advantage of. That's what this company did to my friend. Don't give this company your business. read more

I have had nothing but problems from the day I bought this vehicle. After seven months numerous breakdowns leaving my 16 year old daughter stranded on the highway, and over 2k in repair bills (on a $4900 vehicle) we had a diagnostic run on the computer. It came up with 24 error codes. The most disturbing was one that read "Driver Information Module - Mileage Manipulated." I'm not a mechanic and not sure what that means, but calling them and asking for help was uneventful. I would have rated them zero stars but it would not let me. read more

Under no circumstances should you ever buy anything from this awful place. They put my friends life in danger by letting us test drive a SUV that dident have breaks. Craig and the employees are real jerks!!! It is a giant lemon lot! Very shady business. Unfortunately, I thought I found a good vehicle and was assured by Craig it was in good order but found out they disabled the check engine light.
