When I brought my van in on October 22,2024 I explained there were noises coming from underneath the van. They could not give me a ride , so I had to make arrangements to get a ride to work. They called me to say the van was ready for pickup and they found the exhaust system heat shield on the down pipe loose and rattling and they re-secured it and the noise was gone The total bill was $72.01. However, the noise persist so I took it to another mechanic. The diagnosis was the Left and Right Front Sway Bar Links needed replaced and the repair was done. Since then , the noise was eliminated. I told the gentleman that waited on me that I think I need 4 tires. He said, "let's get it up on the rack and inspect and we can figure out what you need." I appreciate the honesty and lack of presumption. I ended up needing 4 tires and he gave me 2 options, 1 was less than the other but the higher had a rebate. I made my decision and I believe I received great value for the tires I bought. As I was waiting, the general manager was updating my address from Cuyahoga Falls to Toledo on his computer. We had a pleasant conversation and he even looked up the village I live in on Google Earth. He even told me about a border dispute between Ohio and Michigan that he saw on the History channel. Not only do you get good service but you'll probably learn something interesting. In conclusion, I've been going to Leipold for over 35 years. They are fair, trustworthy and will always treat you right!

All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

I want to thank Serpentini Chevrolet for bringing me to Tallmadge under false pretenses, when I was in the market to purchase a 2026 Pickup truck. To make the long story bearable, they had listed a 2026 Silverado crew cab, 5.3, short bed at $43,890. I made the hour-long trip to Tallmadge, excited, thinking the advertised vehicle was a great deal. I took the vehicle for a test drive returned and explained to the Salesman, Joey Frame that I would purchase it and that it would be a cash purchase if we could settle on price of $43,000. My offer when presented to Josh Kornet the sales manager, was turned down. The price they came to me with was at $55,000. I was surprised and asked what happened to the sales price of $43,890. They explained that to get it at that price I would have to meet the requirements for the incentives. That was never advertised in the ad. I was disgusted leaving the dealership. As I was leaving town, I stopped at Moe's Restaurant having a delightful lunch in hopes that Serpentini would call to make me a better offer, off course they didn't. As I'm leaving the restaurant I noticed Lambert Buick GMC across the parking lot. I stopped to look at a Sierra 1500 Elevation when Salesman, Tony Guinaldo approached me asking if I was interested in taking the truck for a spin. I agreed and after returning from the test drive, I explained to Tony Guinaldo about my experience at Serpentini. I told Tony I would buy the vehicle if I could get it at $45,000. He responded he didn't think that would be possible but presented my offer to the sales manager. When he returned, I couldn't believe that they had accepted my offer. Tony was professional, engaging, and accommodating making the purchase very easy and stress free. I went to my bank got a cashier's check for the total amount and upon returning to the dealership my vehicle had been detailed, and I was on my way home in a nicer truck and better deal than at Serpentini. Tony Guinaldo and Lambert GMC thank you; you are trustworthy, efficient, professional and a no-nonsense dealership. Serpentini, thank you for bringing me to Tallmadge where I had a nice lunch and was able to purchase my new GMC from Lambert GMC Tony Guinaldo. read more

My experience with Lambert Buick started with an online (email) request for additional information on a used Tahoe. I received a phone call the next day (less than 24 hours) with the information requested and an invitation to come and view the vehicle (Gerald provided the dealership number as well as his personal cell phone number in case I had additional questions). After several weeks of deciding whether I wanted to move forward with the purchase, I contacted Gerald and he responded immediately and asked that I come in (I later found out he made a special trip on his day off). From the moment I stepped onto the property I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team of professionals. After taking a test drive, Gerald drafted the paperwork, took my trade (at the agreed upon price from our initial phone call (no haggling or games!)), washed and filled the vehicle with gas. All of this occurred while another sales person was polite enough to occupy my restless 15 month old. The process was seamless and extremely well done. I purchased a used 2025 Buick Enclave preferred which was a beautiful car. For some strange reason the Onstar module malfunctioned after driving it home and the battery was dead in the morning. Charged it to drive again and was dead again the following morning. Got it into service immediately and they confirmed the Onsta module was bad. The module was on backorder and didn't know when they would get any in. They did give us a loaner as we had to have a vehicle to drive but unfortunately it was way to small for our needs. Called back and spoke with Mike Wozniak who was are salesperson and wonderful to deal with. No high pressure sales at anytime. Told him we had to come up with another plan because I had to have a car. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. I ended up with a brand new 2026 Buick Enclave Sport Touring. Love the car. Mike Wozniak,did everything in his power to make this a smooth transition. No pressure at all. Very pleasant to deal with. All employees that we dealt with were great. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service department at Lambert Buick GMC. Despite having an extended warranty, they failed to assist me in getting a refund from the warranty company for repairs that were clearly covered. The service advisor seemed uninterested in helping me navigate the process and showed no willingness to advocate on my behalf. I was left to deal with the warranty company myself, which was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. To make matters worse, the service department at Lambert Buick GMC had the audacity to suggest that I should pay for the repairs out of pocket and then seek reimbursement from the warranty company. This was unacceptable, especially given that I had explicitly purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind. I would not recommend Lambert Buick GMC's service department to anyone. Their lack of assistance and unprofessional attitude made a stressful situation even worse. read more

This was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I've had…read more I was actively working a deal on a Chevy Equinox EV from out of state and made it very clear I was serious -- we discussed out-the-door pricing, confirmed details like the charger and paperwork, and I was literally preparing to drive 7 hours early the next morning with my dad to complete the purchase. At no point was I told there was another buyer actively purchasing the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the car was available and that we were moving forward. Then, right after confirming final details, I was suddenly told the vehicle was "in the process of selling." I completely understand first-come, first-served -- that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. If another buyer was ahead of me, that should have been clearly communicated so I could have made an informed decision (like putting down a deposit immediately). This isn't the first time I've had this happen during my search, but this was by far the most poorly handled. If you're an out-of-state buyer, be very cautious. Don't make plans or assume anything is yours unless you have it locked down in writing. Very disappointing experience.

There is no way the dealership wasn't aware it was involved in an accident. Sales person was good manager not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here and if you do look over the car very good. Today is 8/3/2025. I replied with my number and info on this as requested and still have not recieved any reply back. I took my vehicle to a shop to have it looked over and they stated that in fact this vehicle was in fact in an accident hit from the front and back hence why I'm having the issues. My recent experience with Das Auto Carlot, particularly with the owner Mike, was extremely…read moredisappointing and stressful. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder from the lot, and almost immediately after driving off, the check engine light came on. Mike directed me to two separate shops to have the issue fixed, but neither shop was able to resolve the problem. During this time, I made it clear to Mike that I am pregnant, with children already depending on me, and I urgently needed a reliable vehicle or at least a loaner while I waited. His solution was to offer to "go half" on a rental, but even then, he cheated me out of his portion of the payment. When I realized the Nissan could not be repaired in a reasonable time, I asked for my money back. Instead of being straightforward, Mike attempted to return less than half of the $3,000 I had paid. He then tried to pressure me into taking an old Buick as a downgrade, which did not have the seating space I required for car seats. He promised that it would only be temporary until a Honda part came in, but when the part arrived, he refused to switch me into the vehicle as agreed. Mike also made unethical demands, telling me that if I wrote him two positive online reviews, he would "work something out." I refused to be manipulated into writing fake reviews in exchange for service I was already owed. I kept thorough records of our interactions--text messages and recorded phone calls--so that I would have proof of how the situation was handled. If anyone doubts this, I am willing to provide evidence directly. To make matters worse, I discovered that Das Auto was attempting to resell the Nissan Pathfinder after claiming it had been sent to auction. When I brought this up, I was immediately blocked. Shannon, another employee, was rude and unprofessional throughout the process, while Chad and Mike's brother were the only ones who attempted to handle things respectfully and fairly. Chad in particular tried to ensure I got my refund, but it was clear Mike was the one holding everything up. Mike even went as far as to hold onto a check from Credit Acceptance that was in my name, and I later learned he had opened my mail without my permission, which is illegal. Only after my lawyer contacted the bank did Mike suddenly call me and claim my check was ready. This entire ordeal was stressful, manipulative, and dishonest. If you are considering purchasing a car from Das Auto Carlot, I strongly urge you to reconsider. My experience showed a pattern of dishonesty, lack of accountability, and disrespect for customers' rights and needs. The only positive part of my interaction was with Chad and Mike's brother, who at least tried to do right by me. Unfortunately, the owner himself proved untrustworthy, and I would not recommend doing business with him

Was interested in a Volvo XC90. spoke to SHANNON 3 time which she had reached out to me about, said…read moreI was approved for the loan and only needed 2,000 down, I messaged back and confirmed interest in the vehicle, she began to be rude and ignorant, telling me that I was wrong and that I'd need to use that money to get a shittier car. I told her that she was at fault for not communicating to me that the 2,000 was for a lesser vehicle and was continuously being rude and swearing at me. I checked her attitude and then told me to come down to the store and see what happens when I pull up. Like who is you a car salesman "saleswoman". can't even keep a damn lead.
