READ BBB REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS. Paul (Service Manager) with Ganley Ford diagnosed a PCM failure with my truck. This was not the case. Was told that he was unable to get a replacement PCM in. He recommended that I go pull one off the same model years truck, take it to him so he could reflash. I listened to him as this is my work truck and had been sitting there for well over a month. I took the PCM in and had him reflash (process takes no more than an hour). He made me pay and sign so that he would give me my keys back (came out to $480). I was told that they did not fix the issue and that it was a transmission problem. Paul then gave me a quote for $5,200 for a remanufactured transmission replacement. I took my truck to another reputable shop and they did it in about half the price. This fixed my issue. Now I am having issues with the PCM that Paul and Ganley Ford installed. I tried negotiating with Paul but he says there is nothing he can do. I will now need to Replace my PCM again from what Paul and Ganley Ford has done and hope they didn't mess my trucks computer up even worse. read more

I took my car there for a problem with the sun roof, they told me that they need to keep it but didn't have any loaners and that they would call me as soon as they did, that was 10 months ago. I took it someplace else and it was something as minor as a loose bolt and the problem was fixed in 10 minutes. I won't be back. It's disappointing because they are close and convenient but just not reliable. I called them after waiting for several months to get my sun roof fixed, it was winter so I wasn't using it and they said that they had my name on a post it note to call me as soon as they got a loaner, really, almost a year later and still no phone call. Took my Ford Fusion in for service on a bad wheel bearing that was covered under fords powertrain warranty.The service advisor acted like I had just won the lottery because of the no charge wheel bearing repair,and verbally suggested that I have them replace the back brake pads & rotors to which I clearly verbally declined. So when I was contacted at the end of day that car was ready I was presented with a bill for a $390.00 brake job that I did not agree to. The guy acted confused and said that he must have misunderstood me. Total B.S. He said he would make it up to me and send me some vouchers. Yeah never received anything. So months later I get a voicemail from customer service. I responded with my complaint same as above,so she assures me she will speak to service manager and get back to me right away. I reached out to my salesman who assured me they would take care of me so he made an appointment for me to come in. I changed my schedule around so i could make it in and they looked at my car and claimed nothing was wrong with my battery or the window. Went here to pick up a new vehicle delivered here ordered through Ford. The dealer agent, A. F. that greeted us was a very welcoming and knowledgeable source (and the only reason for the 1 star). However even a gem as bright as him could not save this company from self ruin. We attempted to trade in our previous vehicle that had a KBB value of 22k but were only offered a maximum value of 15k for the trade in value from the manager. We declined the offer and simply paid for the new vehicle in cash. Luckily we took our vehicle to Carvana and they gave us the full 22k that it was valued for online without any headache. Furthermore, my brother went here to look at a vehicle they posted for a great price online but it turns out it was the managers personal vehicle that they were not inclined to sell and were simply using it to lure folks in to sell them something else. Needed a chassis oil change for my camper, found they do generators too. Mark in the truck shop was great, they found I needed an air filter (mouse damage) and I had them replace the wiper blades and I STILL spent less than I was expecting. They got me in and out in good time, as well! read more

The worst mistake I made was not getting up and leaving, to look at a car at another dealership. I purchased a car at the Barberton location and have lost all confidence in this company. My experience with this company was less than exemplary. I took my car back three times to have the driver's side window fixed, because it whistled as you drove down the road. Each time it was brought back I was told it was fixed. Round three, car delivered, and the window still whistles.
