They sold us a car that needs an engine, head gasket, radiator, and it's leaking transmission fluid. AND ALL OF THIS WAS REPORTED ON CARFAX 01/23/25. Domnick claims that his mechanic inspected the vehicle, must be a very low grade mechanic to have missed such big issues. We also don't have any paperwork from them showing that the inspection was completed. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are liars and just money hungry. Domnick even hung up on me when I called him out for his BS. What a way to handle business.

Well we recently decided we wanted to trade the car in and upgrade to a suv . Monica said the car needs to be down about another 1,000 dollars and I said ok I will bring in the 1,000 dollars . While on the phone with her o told her we wanted a full size suv . Monica said I can guarantee you a suv if I bring in 1,000 dollars and trade the car in she said only thing we couldn't get would be a luxury suv and I said ok no problem she told me they had grand cherokees , ford explorers and durangos and I said perfect we will be in in a couple days . We go in and Monica pulls my wife up stairs after doing new paper work an goes into a room and looks at my wife and says WE HAVE A PROBLEM AND WE GOT TO TALK . So my wife told her first off your going to talk to me like that an your going to talk to me with respect an like a human being . So finally they go over the budget just like when we got the first car . Mind you me and my wife make over 100k a year so there's no issue with income .. hours later the salesman comes down and then Monica says she can only put us in a Chevy trax or dodge journey ..... so now you lied to us on the phone and I brung in the 1000 dollars , mind you this is a in-house finance company they make the decisions on loans not a ton of banks , so we get an argument because we were promised something an there trying to not keep it , even the phone conversation we had about getting a full size SUV was a recorded conversation. So there's no way to lie and say you didn't say that .. there excuse was she didn't make her payments all on the exact day every single payment and that they couldn't always get her to answer the phone so it was a risk .. BS WE PAID EVERY PAYMENT THATS WHY WE STILL HAVE THE CAR AN THE AMOUNT HAS WENT DOWN AN ITS ALMOST PAID OFF AT THIS TIME ... so after being told a million different stories an lies from them . I asked well how can we pay all payments bring in a 1,000 dollars with the trade in and you guys are saying we can't get what Monica promised us and when we originally got the car they told us it would be no problem to upgrade to a better vehicle next time we trade up because of making the payments an building loyalty with them .. so we got lied to an Monica hates my wife it's very clear as well we told my wife that she is the boss an makes the decisions there on financing a vehicle .,, they tried to convince us that the Chevy trax was an upgrade from our car , hell no it ain't the trax was small an basic no good options. My car had more room with leather an heated seats an remote start . So we walked out for them lying an trying to bs us . They call us a couple day later an said we have a Cherokee with over 100k in miles but comes with with 3 year warranty. So we go down there my wife test drives the car an decided she liked it enough to buy .. HE COMES MORE LIES AND BS so the saleman comes out an says hey we got the numbers if you want the car just sign here and you can take it home. Well after looking at it THEY WANTED MY 1k down then another 3k of deferred payments for two months to cover the rest of down payment WHICH WAS ADDING UP TO BE 1200 a month for two an half months NO I AINT PAYING THAT MUCH A MONTH. There response was well you guys did it with the first car ... exactly so we can get our foot in the door an building loyalty loyalty to be able to buy another car , they tried to tell me everyone has to do it BS LIES .. so it's funny that the deferred down payment was the exact amount left owed on the car hmmmmm weird right. And then they said our car was paid off an that they were going to whole sale it due to the mileage, that's fine your going to get atleast 5k for it plus you want our 4k plus we already paid that on the first car so altogether it's like and extra 12 k you are stealing from us on two cars .... They tried hard to get us to sign the deal an we told them to get f$$$cked That's bullshit and wrong how they kept lying to us and it was the worst experience and rudest ever in my life buying anything. ONE MORE THING I ADKED WHY HAS THE CAR AFTER THREE YEARS REPORTED ON THE CREDIT YET AND THEY HAD NO ANSWER FOR THAT ... its horrible that they would try and due that to us after promising everything and then backing out of it an tried taking advantage of us in anyway they could to get more money from us.
