Very convenient they will pick you up or the service person will drop you off. I was dropped off. Had good service but had to wait for the rental Jeep to get ready otherwise I would have to get a minivan. I would not have been happy with a minivan. Lucky a Jeep Wrangler just came in. Not sure why all they had were mini vans but they need to work on that issue. Dropped the jeep off a few days later with a full tank of gas. No issues very easy to use. I just walked back to the dealer. I hope they would give you a drive over there if you asked. 3 stars because it was nothing special just good standard service a car rental place.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend Enterprise at Fort Worth Airport…read more I had a bad experience renting a car for 7 days. When I picked it up, the initial inspection was rushed and not detailed at all. The young man who checked the car didn't mention anything specific, nor did he go over any existing issues. As soon as I got home, I took pictures of all parts of the car just to be safe. When I returned the car -- clean and with the gas filled as requested -- a different employee came out with a camera to check for ice damage, claiming that there might be some because of the route I had taken. She told me I would get my deposit back and that everything seemed fine. Now, days later, my insurance company is calling me saying I owe $4,000 for supposed ice damage -- even though it never even rained during my trip. I'm extremely upset. This company is not serious or trustworthy. They contacted my insurance directly without ever reaching out to me first. I absolutely do not recommend this location -- Enterprise at the Fort Worth Airport. Terrible service and unacceptable treatment of customers

I was leaving to go out of town at 10:00 for an important work trip. I was renting a SUV do to my car being in the shop. I arrived at the store location 30 mins early. When i got to the location, first bad sign was one woman working the front counter by herself and the waiting room had a ton of people in there. After waiting an hour i was told they had no cars! He said i could come back around 1 to (see if they had any) WHAT A JOKE! Also there was probably 6 other people in the waiting room waiting to get a car, that where told the same thing. We have a business account with AVIS. I will be letting our company know how i was treated and to start looking to use another company. The driver Jose was very personable, punctual, and very professional (next time I hope he's our driver). The car was beautiful and extremely clean. As the car arrived all heads turned and the show began! The Bride and groom (whom this was a surprise for) were comfortable and worry free as they were chauffeured in luxury to their destination.
